Behold The Lamb- The Gospel According to John- Chapter 1 Part 3

Apostle John was a disciple of Yeshua, and he was an eyewitness to the things that occurred with Yeshua.  Apostle John also writes about some of the things that took place with John the Immerser/Baptist.  John the Immerser was ministering to people who had knowledge of the coming Messiah.  Last week we talked about The Messiah, Elijah, and that Prophet.   

John the Immerser makes a statement in this passage that clearly reveals Yeshua as the Atonement sacrifice when he says, Behold the Lamb of Elohim which take away the sin of the world.  John has a worldview when he says that Father is not just concerned about Israel, He's concerned about the world.  

Almost every Passover, the phrase, “Behold the Lamb” or the “Lamb of God” is used in reference to Yeshua as the Passover Lamb.  In this passage, John is not referring to Yeshua as the Passover Lamb but as the Atonement Sacrifice for the sins of the world.
