Scott Hewlett- 25 years with the City Of Brampton Fire/Emergency Services in Canada where he holds the rank of Firefighter 1st class also known as a backstep. Scott is the creator of the Multiple Calls Podcast where they have conversations with individuals within the emergency services field about the how and why each guest got into the job. What challenges they have faced, how they made it through them, the struggles they see for our service, and their ideas on how each of us can help progress in the job. The conversation Scott and I had should definitely spark some good conversation for those who truly want to make the job better for future generations.
