Kane Nixon- 20 years of career and volunteer experience. Currently a Deputy Chief with the Arizona Fire/Medical Authority in Arizona. Chief Nixon noticed a short coming within Fire Departments around the country and started the “I Care Movement” which emphasizes a journey of transformation and empowerment. A new era of leadership that begins with caring for ourselves, our people and our communities. When you listen to Chief Nixon speak you can tell he hasn’t forgotten his roots and truly cares and wants the best out of the men and women of his department and Fire departments around the country.
