Enrollment declines, artificial intelligence, political migration, leadership, and consolidation are likely the biggest factors impacting the student housing industry's future.  Yet, no one is really talking about it outside of their own company.  While attending the Interface Student Housing Conference in Austin TX a couple of weeks ago, SHI's CEO, Wesley Deese, took the opportunity to sit down with 5 executives from many of the industry's top management firms to get their perspectives on what the future holds for the industry and student housing operations.  This episode includes the recording of that conversation with industry leaders, Dan Shoupe, Jenn Cassidy, Jessica Delis, Bryan Shelangoski, and Aryne Bailey.
