The Turn Company was launched by The Cardinal Group in January of 2020 and promised to change the way student housing professionals approach the summer TURN process. In January of 2023, Cardinal merged TurnCo into Cardinal's residential services division. In an announcement in early May, former Cardinal EVP, Eddie Moreno, and former TurnCo President, Mat Windsor, announced to the world they had acquired TurnCo and were bringing it back! In this episode, Wes sits down with Eddie and Mat to discuss what led to the acquisition and how excited they are about TurnCo.'s vision.
