Traumas After the Trauma(s)

Definitely a content warning on this one.  Don't listen if you're not ready.  No specific details of traumatic events, but definitely an emotionally triggering episode.

Often a client will tell me that the moment their life changed is not when the original traumatic event occurred, but instead, from the stuff that follows.  Mercedes and I discuss some of the traumas that take place after the initial trauma(s).
