This topic has me genuinely upset and concerned about my fellow parents. There is an incredible amount of pressure on parents to basically be perfect co-regulators and never ever use consequences, including time-outs. Mercedes and I talk about this, share our own experiences professionally and personally. BTW, done correctly, time-outs aren't harmful.
