Last minute impromptu episode this week. For a couple of months now I haven't had any alcohol. Not because I think it is the demon, or drinking is bad or anything. But I noticed I've slept REALLY well for the past couple of months and wondered if there was a correlation.
I traveled for a wedding, where normally I would drink-- but the turn around time was FAST and a red eye was involved and I thought you know what, its NOT going to serve me to have any alcohol this trip. So, I didn't.
I recorded some thoughts about my experience being sober where most people expect you to drink. And about the thought process I work through when making these types of decisions.
