For most people there are multiple different factors that are all pulling on one another to create a situation where we feel stuck. In Erin’s case, she’s stuck between trying to find a sense of peace in allowing her diet to be flexible, and the exhausting daily routine of exercise and movement rituals she maintains to compensate. Our conversation today is about exploring that situation and finding a place to start in breaking out of that cycle.
