89. Leading Your Teens Through Mental Health Challenges with Christy Keating

As leaders, one of the most important places we can apply our leadership skills is in our homes.  And with our teens and tweens in the middle of a mental health crisis, honing our leadership skills to support them is a necessity. 

Parenting coach, CEO of the Heartful Parent, and licensed attorney Christy Keating is back with us to share some practical tips about how we can best lead the teens and tweens in our lives through this challenging time.

About Christy:

In addition to her work as a parent coach, Christy is a licensed attorney and former prosecutor of 20 years with an expertise in the prosecution of sexually violent predators, as well as an active member of the National Coalition to Prevent Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation.  Through The Heartful Parent’s sister company, Savvy Parents Safe Kids, Christy offers child safety workshops, presentations, and consulting to both parents and professionals.
