Most new business owners fight the temptation to operate with a scarce mindset.
What is a scarcity mindset? It is operating with the idea that there is not a lot of work available to sustain the business. This creates internal pressure to accept any work that comes that person's way, discount their services, or otherwise be more "desperate" to find work.
In this episode, I go over how I had to fight through (and still do) that mindset, and why it can really hamstring your business and personal growth.
