Since September 2020, Jennifer's life has been overshadowed by fear. She's been followed. Harassed. Watched. And no matter how many times she's called the police—or even rushed into a station, terrified and pleading—help has felt just out of reach. When she finally filed for a restraining order, she hoped the system would protect her. But instead, the judge said there wasn't enough evidence.
