Episode description

In this episode, I dive into the behind-the-scenes challenges and learnings from starting my physical therapy and total wellness practice back in 2013 in Westchester, Ohio. Journey with me through the maze of ever-declining insurance reimbursements, the balance of giving clients the one-on-one care they crave versus what insurance would cover, and the additional burdens faced as a PTA hiring and training PTs. With the changing landscape, I've come to realize that the traditional outpatient clinic model might not be the best route for PTAs.
