Opened a 2nd and 3rd location after that, within a few years, and quickly realized that he didn't know how to run a business, let alone 3 clinics. Late nights, early mornings, interrupted vacations, and time away from my family finally led him to get some support - he joined a small business network and signed up for some business coaching. Those two steps were a flection point in his business and life, leading him and his partner to grow their business with multiple clinics into a business that was super-profitable had amazing culture, and was highly valuable, eventually selling them for 3-4x the market average in 2018. Since then he's been a podcast host, Physical Therapy Owners Club, and business coach for owners, helping them achieve their goals and gain more freedom
