Jeannie lived around the world while growing up and she landed in Denver 8 years ago. Her first real job was as a flight attendant at Delta Air Lines; She moved into marketing, project management and then really found her niche in leadership development. Since Delta shes worked with medium size to fortune 5 companies and holds multiple certifications in several world-class training programs.

While attending a leadership program at the Wharton School of business - Jeannie had a light bulb moment. She was participating in an innovation tournament created by 2 professors there: Chris Terwiesch and Karl Ulrich.Innovation Tournaments are a multi-phase process that helps teams generate and evaluate great ideas. These ideas can become the next game changer product- or more simple improvements of existing services. She realized

 how beneficial this process could be for companies trying to improve, change their game, grow their market, make a difference.

Jeannie now brings this process to teams and business of all sizes to help them innovate and grow their business
