Nope, the title "Expanding Returns" is not some clever reference to another batch of missing episodes turning up, rather it's a play on the expression diminishing returns, as half of the Strangers in Space team (that's all who turned up this month I'm afraid) ask whether recurring monsters are always better on their first time out.
