Research has been conducted by numerous positive psychologists to support the use of gratitude as a tool to increase happiness and positive outlooks on life, and is often prescribed as a strategy in managing symptoms of depression and anxiety.
While psychology supports the practice, gratitude is also a widely used practice in the Bible as well, a term we often refer to as praise!
