Fat grafting has been performed for many years. Recently fat has been injected into breasts. Sounds good...except that a recent study showed that the fat cells can cause cancer cells to start growing. I advise women NOT to have fat grafting to their breasts. We discuss this topic, as well as breast augmentations, lifts, and reductions.

It takes so much filler to lift the face that women look absolutely ridiculous. We also discussed the trend of vaginal tightening by plastic surgeons. I can't imagine why a plastic surgeon would perform this procedure (other than for greed).
