Chris O'Hearn used to be a Phoenix Coyotes stickboy and Arizona Diamondbacks batboy. Now he's the Wild's assistant GM. O'Hearn joins Russo on the 100th episode of SFTS to talk about his NHL ascension which started when his father was with the Winnipeg Jets management in the early 90's. Chris talks about the art of negotiating contracts, managing the Wild roster in the midst of a pandemic, his reaction to the idea of buying out Zach Parise and Ryan Suter, learning of Paul Fenton's firing, developing a relationship with Bill Guerin, the influences of Brad Treliving and Don Maloney and the many friendships that he has made in the game.
