When thunder strikes in Apple Creek, Ohio an Amish mother of five is tragically murdered. Witnesses are not sure whether the loud booming sound they heard was the deadly gunshot or a clap of thunder from the summer storm. Detectives must piece together the story with little evidence in order to ensure that justice is served.
