S3E4: Hurricane Homicide

As New Orleans braces for Hurricane Katrina, a local bar owner, Joe Wongchoy,  is found shot to death in his apartment. Flooding washes away valuable evidence and investigators are forced to put the search for the killer on hold until the city is inhabitable again. Once the high waters cease, detectives are able to track down the killer and seek justice for Joe Wongchoy.
