Claire was inspired to do this episode because she is tired of seeing so-called experts give dangerous advice that could ultimately sabotage you and/or your relationship or potential relationship. Guidelines and rules are important-- especially when you've been abandoning yourself when it comes to your love-life for so long... But when you're too rigid and are automatically only looking at your circumstance narrow-mindedly because of something some self-described expert says is right or wrong, you could very easily miss the lesson AND potentially, a really wonderful partnership.
