Sara Schulting Kranz has energy that can power a city! One would never know that she was a trauma victim of rape and later in life, a major betrayal. In this episode, she talks about how the road to healing and halting the “toxicity trying to take over” her life and the power of making the choice to forgive those that caused the the trauma in her life. She is committed to helping others through land and water healing. She reminds us that the beauty of “living through hard stuff is that you become stronger as a result”.
