Episode 67: Rodney Smith Jr. - Making A Difference One Lawn At A Time

Rodney Smith Jr. started a lawn business as a means to put himself through college. He saw an elderly woman trying to mow her lawn and offered to help, free of charge. That simple act has led him to offer free lawn care services to the elderly, single mothers, and veterans. Since that time, he has invited youth from around the world to join in serving others through the 50-yard challenge (mowing 50 lawns for free). Now, nearly 4,000 kids in all 50 states and 8 countries around the world have accepted the challenge making a positive impact in the communities they live.
