Ryan Guay is the Founder and CEO of Flated. He was one of the pioneers of Paddleboard/surf industry, then left to run Faction skis. Shortly after taking the job, COVID hit leading to losing his job. With new found time, he brainstormed with other outdoor enthusiasts which resulted in the creation of durable, inflatable, storage products for vehicles.
