Speaker 3

Take a look at some of the stocks on the moves today.

Speaker 1

We can do that with Bloomberg. Christine Christian, what are you looking at today? Well, Paul, I'm looking at a green stock today and that is Robinhood ticker Hood. Those shares are up more than six percent, very some opening games, but still very much in the green today, and that is because of its latest data on prediction markets volumes.

Apparently there may volume four. Those prediction markets contracts are at three point nine billions, is up twenty two percent from April, and that is reason enough for Goldman, for instance, to raise its price target on the stock to one hundred and eight from one hundred and five, currently trading at eighty eight ninety three, so that's quite a premium

on its current share price. Canter all so similarly positive on that prediction market's metric, and they have raised their targets on the stock to one hundred and ten from one hundred dollars previously. Canter also seeing that this prediction market venture will raise robin Hood's net revenue by two percent this year and four percent by twenty twenty eight.

So all this AI stuff that ain't cheap, so super Micro they have to dilute their shares to raise more money than by this stuff. As an investor, I wouldn't be too happy if they're diluting my existing shares.

Speaker 1

Absolutely, John, that and that is very much a reaction in markets. Today's super Micro took her SMCI. Those shares are down now more than sixteen percent, so extending some of the opening losses that we're seeing today. And again, yeah, as you mentioned right, the company is going to plan seven billion dollars in equity and equity link financing transactions because they want to satisfy orders for AAR servers that

has now amounted to thirty nine billion dollars. So that's going to be a lot of money that they're going to need to fulfill those orders. And exactly right, John, I mean a lot of the word industry is very much about worries over to share dilution impact. Bloomberg Intellleiges analyst Woojenh saying that you know what, though it will dilute near term aps, yes, but it does also signal that AI demand could let fiscal revenue for twenty twenty

seven above the fifty billion dollar consensus. So maybe some short term pain and then long term gain that we're looking at here.

Speaker 2

All right, Wood just coming on in a couple of minutes, we'll talk to them about that one more.

Speaker 1

All right, let's take a look at Oracle today earnings after the bell, of course, Dick or o RCL. Those shares are up about at the moment one point four percent, so not doing too shabby, right. The big question for the release, of course is how quickly can a company get its massive AI data center projects built and so in focus of course their cloud infrastructure sales that's projected to have increased about ninety one percent to five point seventy two billion in the fiscal fourth quarter, and of

course we have Bloomerg Intelligence Ana Rogrono wagh In. You also need to apparently watch Oracle's ability to bring additional GPU capacity online. That is going to be an important determinant of its fiscal twenty twenty seven MNDIA.
