We're still friends, We're still friends. We're still friends. We're still friends. Still friends? Still. Friends still. Friends. I wear this on the the last part we did. Yeah, he always wears all his wings. Everything's always double. Up. It's always double too. Always bro. I've always felt like it's one. No, always. 21 fat donkey row. So this, this if you ever see me like Wayans because I always

rock the chains. If you ever see him with just one, it's because I forgot my chains and I were in Devon's. Yeah so like this last fight, I think like 2 fights ago, same thing like bro and I cutting weight the chains is the last thing on my mind. And what it is what fucks us up is that we usually do like, OK, you win and then ceremonial

wins. But on the apex cards you win, you fucking start drinking and they put you, they line you up like on it within an hour and they make you do the face off right then and there. So I no more time for like go back and get them. What is ceremonial like for the video? Ceremonial is just like so on the paper. View cards is when they go back to like T-Mobile for instance. Without a fan, Yeah, but you had already did the official wins. Yeah, official wins is always in

the morning. It's just so you guys don't look like shit on the on the. It's better now because bro before the ceremonial wins was the official wins so we'd be fucking all sucked out to like 2-3 PM in the afternoon. What point did that change? They just didn't change this like couple years ago. I would say like 2016. I want to say that. Was a decade ago. Yeah, fuck reason for me, but yeah, fucking yeah. 2016. Oh actually, yeah, that was a lot of going on.

But that was in game changer in the morning wins because the fucking getting bro being sucked out all fucking day is miserable. Was that mean you guys were with Reebok or with X still with Fox? And we used to wear Reebok and Fox. Yeah, Reebok just got started coming in because I think Reebok was like 2015, maybe 2016. It doesn't. Seem that long ago either. It doesn't, but it is, you know? You got to tell Polly how you guys cut weight so quick because I'll be watching the job like

shut. You know when you watch wrestlers in high school when they trying to cut weight before a wrestling match, they're like going through it like trash bags sweating like almost passed near death. And I'll be like, shit, maybe we'll do that. But like before a festival or something. Hold on, hold on again. Right. I'll just get on that little quick. There there is no easy way to yeah right, Unless you're like 1 of. Those. I mean bro, it's not. That weight where you're not

cutting that much. Weight it's the fucking the thing that everybody like the the casuals not really understand. So like for instance, when I first started doing them on great example is my grandma. My grandma would always be like, we'd be talking how much weight you cut, what caipo, how you cut 18 lbs. I cannot do that in one year. How you doing that in one day? And I'm like, grandma, it's water weight. What you mean I was like water weight?

I can sweat that all out. The second I drink, I'm going to come right? Back. Yeah, yeah. She's like, like, they still don't get it. They're like how I do that. But I mean, even like leading up to camp, what do you usually walk around at? Two O 5. And then what are you fighting at? Two O 5? Really. Yeah. So you're, I mean you're just in shape all year then? Yeah. Pretty pretty much I mean not I wouldn't say I didn't fight shape all year, but weight wise right there.

So like for instance, discount, I was pretty much 2O5 like I'll fluctuate anywhere in between two O 5 and two 10210 a little bit heavier. And then in the past I've gotten past 210, you know, and that's like a little bit worrisome for me, like, oh damn, I'm out of shape this, that, whatever. But now two O 5 to 210, like 210 is the heavier side. I'm usually closer to two O 5. Like this fight, almost the entire camp, I was like two O 5, maybe two O 6, maybe two O 8 at

the most. But right around 2O5 and then about two weeks out I was like 2O four, just starting to kind of cut down. A week out I was about 202 O one. And then I started like really watching my intake, like cutting my meal sizes down. And then I got down to so I think Monday morning I woke up I was 200 or two O 1. And then Tuesday morning I dropped to 99. And then Wednesday morning I dropped to like 9897 right around there. And then Thursday morning, which is when I start my cut, I

dropped to 96 and change. So I was like slowly dropping and then so I started my cut Thursday night at 96 point something, whatever it was 96 and change. And then I did 20 minute bike, not not bike, sorry, 20 minute jog just to get my sweat going with my sweats on like my sweat, my sauna suit, my sweatpants and all that. Just completely covered up straight from there. We just got a new sauna at the gym. Shout out revive. But we got a new sauna. So I hopped in there for 20 minutes.

So 20 minute jog straight into the sauna, 20 minute sesh. I come out, I rest, which is like I do a a sauna blanket and I just I don't lay in it. I just lay on it because it's hot. So it keeps you staying warm while I rest. Rested 10 minutes, hop back in the sauna 15 minutes. Rested 20 minutes, and then did my final 120 minutes in the sauna. And then I came out for about 10-15 minutes, enough to like just catch my bearings. And then I hopped on the scale.

It had been about two hours have elapsed and I cut 7 lbs in that two hours. You like right on the borderline of death. Look, look at over there. That's death. Bro this sauna is good. I, I usually cut my cut is usually like 1617 lbs, but I was like I was like, Nah, I can get I because I still felt strong. I was like, OK, if I can still keep this strength, but still like tapered on the weight, I'm golden.

So I did that, weight cut, went well, did the 7 lbs that night, went to bed, woke up. I was like 88 on the money so I had 2 lbs to go. Nice. Hopped in the bath for 20 minutes Frick bro my body was still sweating like crazy. I in that 20 minutes I cut like 4 lbs wow yeah damn. So I drank like a pound back Pedialyte nice. And then yeah to. Replenish, that was. Good. Yeah, fuck yeah. It's more mental than anything. I mean, yeah, it's good for your body, but like it's for your

mind. It's. You have like a taste of anything else. Feeding your mind like Oh yeah. And then yeah, weighed in at 85 half I think and started my rehydration. Right after you're done as. Soon as yeah, you don't want to go too fast, 'cause you're like fuck yourself out, 'cause your stomach is shrank and yet you've been not eating and drinking for like 12 hours. And then when I woke up fight day after my morning poop, I was two O 5. So I probably walked into the cage close to like 210.

Man, I feel good. Weren't you like earlier in your career? Weren't you heavier? Oh yeah. I was fat and fat, yeah. I I never like, I was like, I never Brad being like big when we were like younger. See, stop with the big and bad. Can't say that around me. I didn't get 200 lbs, no. Like no like like like. Like 6-5. No, but wait, wait. Are you in the name? Yeah. Yeah, Yeah, yeah, right.

When you see Brad now, like he's in shape all year, yeah, I never like earlier in his career, like he looked chunky. Yeah. No, you know, doesn't really need a net. No, no, no, no, 100%, no. You know what it was though? It was immaturity. Immaturity in my career because what I would do is like, oh, we work this hard for 7:50 weeks, eating good, working out, blah, blah, blah. Now that's done, I'm go. Crazy. Crazy. Yeah, Eat. Everything I'm not supposed to

eat. Like, as soon as the fight is done, let's go fast food. Eat as much as I can, bro. I remember one time. You guys remember CiCi's Pizza? Yeah, $5 pizza buffet. Bro Little Caesars, Yeah. Me and me and the B boys when we were living together, we were talking about like they love pizza, I love pizza. So that was one of our go to's after and there was like talking about I was like bro, you guys eat so a little bit. I was like I guarantee you can out eat both of you guys.

So we went to C CS like literally the day after one of my fights and I'm put away I think was 37 or 47 slices of pizza. Wow. Bro Jess and and granted, like Cici's is now in regular huge yeah pizza slice. They're smaller pieces but still like around 40 pieces. 40 slices a piece I. Put down how many pizzas do you think that actually was? I have no clue but I used to just over indulge. And I like how Justin and Riley shocked at these 40 pieces. That's a regular meal for us, me and the kids.

Put that away you. Mean Tuesday, but. I just remember, I remember like earlier, like when like in your career, like you would get I see off season and I'll be like, Oh fucking. That needs no introduction. The most winning middle weight in. US man, come on. Congratulations. Thank you. Thank you. What did it feel like to capture that milestone? I mean you don't have the sole record yet, but time of Bisping

and good. You know, it's again, like, it's not something I even thought of until like, Bisping walked in there, still wasn't thinking of it. And then he was like, and wait that way. And like, I knew where he was going with it. And I was like. Oh, that's right. But it's dope to have actually have Bisping. Yeah, yeah, that was the dope part about him when I was watching. That was dope to have him say, you know, now we tied. He's like, oh, now we about to

come for you. No, and and it's funny because on the tail end of his career I was chasing him, right? Like not not records wise. I wanted to fight. Him like he was a champ. Yeah, he, he was a champ at that time. He still was one of the biggest names in the sport. I wanted to fight him in 2018 after I fought Christophe Jaco, he was calling the card and I had like, caught him out or whatever.

And then we were backstage and I ran into him and I saw how I was like, I, I like, respectfully called him out. You know, I wasn't trying to like, pull up on him. Like what, you fuck. But I respectfully called him out. And then it's funny now is like now on the on the tail end of my career. That was what, I don't know, six years ago, seven years ago. And now Fast forward, you know, getting closer to the end of my career now still chasing him in a way, you know, And I caught up

to him. So now it's time to pass him. Yeah. Yeah. Legends so. When you look at that, is it trying to just push out that record as far as you can? Yeah, I mean, the the record is nice, don't get me wrong, but at the end of the day, like I'm not here for the record. It's a great feat for me to accomplish.

I think I'm very humbled by it, but I still just I enjoy this, you know, like I had Saturday night was very fun for me to go out there to be able to to get in that cage and and perform and the fight go the way it went like that. That was very fun. I love that. So I still like, you know, competing and just being better than the next guy. I mean, you guys know how that is growing up in in that like competitive nature. I was telling this story like people are asking like, oh, you

know, how do you start? And I was like, bro, I grew up in Hilo. Like I didn't know I didn't do an old karate, kickboxing, wrestling, jujitsu. Fighting. Exactly. I grew up street fighting, scrapping. Like bro, we looked up to the scrappers, the bangers, like you from Big Island, you know, this it wasn't. We wasn't looking up to the star linebackers. Like that was bad. Yeah. If he could fight, then we was like, oh, that guy is badass.

Like I like bro, I literally remember being like in middle school and and like you looking up to the high schoolers that could scrap. And I look back now and sorry, like truth be told, a lot of them turn out to be losers that. Always. Oh, it's always like in. And out of jail and freaking drugs and, you know, sad, but like they never really amounted to anything. But that was the guys that we was looking up to because they could scrap. They just needed the UFC.

Yeah, these wrong choices, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's. True, like Hawaii has so much talent that never leaves or doesn't make it out. Yep. I'll, I'll, I'm going to go. Big Oh, you're about to get in trouble for that one. Everybody going to be on your ass for that kind. Of 100% I agree. So how are you the? One that made it. What was the difference in what

you did? I would say to like, truth be told, Brandon Wolf, like if it wasn't for him, I could have easily went down that wrong path because I used to enjoy fighting, like going out and, and we would get into fights like that was fun for me. And it wasn't anything malicious or I was trying to hurt people. Wasn't anything like that. It was just like, bro, that was a hobby to us, you know what I mean? Like you would go out, you would see another tough guy. And when I moved to Oahu,

everybody thought I was either. So all the wine I guys thought I was from Waimanalo and all the Nalo guys thought I was from wine. I, nobody knew me. I was actually from Big Island, right? So they would see me, they would knew, they knew I wasn't one of them. And they was like, Oh, this is 1 wine I guys. And you guys know, I get that unwritten rule of wine. I personal you have. To point these sideburns. I had the ice pigs.

My, my, my, my eyebrows was just as sharp as my sideburns, my cubic zirconias, and my. Chains Player Special. But I only had one chain at the time. But yeah. And, you know, we'd go out, we'd see another supposedly tough guy or a guy who think he tough or look tough or, or even at that time, you kind of know these guys and you'll be like, OK, we're going to yeah, we're going to see who really is the toughest guy. And and that's and that's what it was.

And I think I could have easily went down that path. And, you know, I glad Thank God and thank for thank you for Brandon that I never did. Like, I look at how easy it would have been to hit somebody out in public and they hit their head on the curb or something happened to my cousin. My cousin got into a fight, not even a fight that he started, but hit the guy. The guy went out cold, hit his head. Coma did 10 years in in in Arizona for that changed his life forever.

You know, probably still change the trajectory of his life. So anyway, reeling back into what was talking about Brandon Wolf, you know, he, he, he set some structure in my life. Like he saw the potential there, the talent and he gave me short term and long term goals and he really set us, me and the, the younger generation, Matt Como, Branson, Bryson Hanson, he set us up with a plan how we're going to accomplish that plan.

And, and I followed it to the T. It was, this is literally what he said to me is like a two years, we're going to win everything we can here in Hawaii. And then in two years you can move to Vegas. You can train that extreme Couture because at that time one of his buddies, what is his name, Mack Mack Danzig, they used to train together. Yep. They used to train together at Raw in Cali and he was here in Vegas at Extreme Couture. And back then Extreme Couture

was way different. It was, there still wasn't a whole lot of MMA wasn't what it was today. So it was still one of the premier gyms, which it still is today, but it wasn't as open door as it is now. Like it was strict invite only if you show up and nobody knew who you were there was pressing you. Oh, who are you? How did you get her? Who invited you here? Nobody beat it. That's that's Jay Heron right there, because that was as soon as I pulled in that first day, I got invited there.

That was him. He he looked he walked out to me. He's like, he's like, yo, he's like, what's your name? And I was like, oh, Brad and I knew who he was and he was the OG the captain there, right? I was like, oh, Brad. He was like, OK. He's like who who invite? Like, how'd you like basically, how did you get here? And I was like my boy Kui. I was like, oh, Kui invited me. He's like, OK, he's like you South Paul. I was like, no, but I can be. You need me to be South Paul. I'll be honest.

I can spar South Paul for you. He's like cool. Because he was fighting Joe Riggs at the time and so. Diesel, yeah. Diesel and so he was like I was like, I'll stand South Paul for you gave him a good look and then he was like, Yo, can you come back on Thursday and I was like, I will be here. Stood southpaw for him. The whole camp gave him whatever rounds and that was my in my in to couture, you know, and and that that set up right there was from Brandon. Brandon was like 2 years.

Boom, you can move to Vegas and that's it. It's funny how it worked out like almost exactly how he said it is how it worked out. We fought in Hawaii. I beat everybody to the point of people's were like, I only had four or five fights before I moved, but people didn't want to fight me already. Like they, I was like just toasting everybody and people started not wanting to fight. And so anyway that two years rolled around.

I was working Hawaiian Airlines at the time and a job opened up here in Vegas. I put in for it and boom, they're like, hey, you got you got awarded the position. I was like, OK, when do I have to be there? Thinking like I had a month or so. They're like, oh, next pay period, two weeks. I was like, bro, wait, what? I got to wrap up my whole life in two weeks, move to Vegas and and at the time, I barely knew anybody here. My sister Dora was yours. 2009 or something. 90 Wow. Yep.

And the 2001 was here. Who? That's why. No, there wasn't. It wasn't. Yeah, like the first big. Wave really hadn't come yet. Yeah. The original there was a few out here, but that first like the there was a still a solid group, but not like how it is now. Like now I feel like anybody from anywhere in Hawaii can come here and know somebody. Oh yeah? Well. Before you would walk around. We rarely come across anybody. Yeah, yeah. Over here it's like daily. Yeah, yeah.

You walk about someone. And now this is literally Dunai. Yeah, like that's some like, it's crazy. I went to the I went to the LNL grand opening O2, but the one, the one on the Serene. Oh wow. Oh. The one right there by the Walmart. By the Walmart I went to the grand opening Eastern. 2. 1002. It was just crazy to see how many, you know, businesses from Hawaii flourished. No, it wasn't like there's not even a Hawaiian restaurant you go to. Illinois was like, you know, it

sounds. Like a big deal. LNO, it was a Hawaiian restaurant. Is it? Is it considered? It was. It was opened in was Kailua. It was the first one I think. The first thing was the phenomenal. The one in But it's not like Hawaiian food, you know? But it was the. Chinese guys, it's like, you know, to. Like bring you back to home. So when you had the O2 opening we went and you seen guys with slippers and you're like oh shit, they're from home. So you felt like you was?

Yeah. You got like, OK, none. Yeah. And all I mean over here. Shorts without cargo. We see it on and. All the grand openings now like from every shops, from you know, food places that you have, all the locals come support that business. And you see Zippy's here. No, but. 1st grand opening here. How crazy that was. Yeah, like now they have a second one.

But even like the mom and pop spas, like the Opalicious's, the Lefty J's, all those grand openings kind of brought the community together as far as like saying, OK, we could really make a move out here. We just got to stop making plate lunch places because we have enough. So if you guys are watching, we got enough of them because all my mom can make it better than they open one of the all right guys. We we can't support all of them. But we don't get me wrong, they're good.

Like they're own, Like original dishes. I mean, but it's all the same as everybody else's suit because like the spam Musu is like I want to make it better ones that. What if they do something really cool, like they make the spam super thin or something? No. It's it's it's like back home, though, right? You think about it back home, right. You get them plate lunch place on every corner. Yeah, but every day a different

flavor, you know what I mean? Like some days I like, oh, I'm feeling this from this place like, like this place get the best hamburger steak. This place get the best meat, John. Oh, they known for? Garlic chicken over there. Kobe, you know, whatever. So it's I like that. Like, you know, it's fucking. I I was just telling you earlier that I thought, I thought they opened the zippies too close to each other. But if you think about it, zippies are all close.

There's. 24 zippies on Oahu alone, Yeah. I don't know. I think I've been to 20 of them. One-on-one on Maui, one on Big Island? Yep. And then out of two here. Yeah, 28. That's crazy. You know, and they got a Sonics right now. Because they're not publicly traded. Right. No, they're family owned. Wow. Yeah. Oh, that's dope to know. I didn't know that was I thought they're a franchise. No, no, because.

Family owned, family owned. Apparently they never moved to the outer islands because they are family owned and those families had like relationships with restaurants that were already there. Did you ever hear the rumor that Zippies didn't move to the Big Island because they had an agreement with KTA to not move to Oahu? Yeah, something, something like that one. That's yeah, that's I. Had heard that from way back.

To big. Island no, for back in the day zippies wouldn't go to the Big Island and KTA. Wouldn't go to Oahu because they were. Yeah. So something like that. I I know it was a handshake deal, yeah. Yeah, something like that. I thought it was like Blaines, though. Blaines. Yeah, Zippies and Blaines. It was like the owners, those friends, I guess. Blaines had a good amount of heat for a while. They had a great traction like they had like sevens. Used to be the bomb before.

Fried Simon. Come on, everyone had they're. Like Blaines is the one by the hotels, right? They had like they. Get a couple on the corners they had. OK, you think you know Vernos? Vernos is good too. If can, can. If no can. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. That's the one. Yeah, wait, just to take that back to the J Huron story, when you first came here to Extreme Couture and you were sparring with him, that was before you even made it to The Ultimate Fighter.

Yep, that was before and funny enough when I disappeared. So back in the day in in the olden days, but back in the day when when they casted you for ultimate fighter, bro, they made us sign these fat contracts. And I remember reading like partial of it, like a part of it, bro. And no, I remember the thing said something about if you basically, if you leak what is going on here, yada, yada, like when NDA they're going to sue you for like bro had them crazy

number. I was like, bro, I might not ever make that number in my life. I was like, so bro, my lips were sealed. So literally when I went on Ultimate Fighter, only a few select people knew like my family, my, my close friends, that I was like, you know, like my, my boys, my brothers, and then maybe like my roommate because like, hey bro, I got to go this, that, whatever. So only a handful of people knew. Because other than that, you got to keep. It but nobody else.

So when I went, I remember coming back from The Ultimate Fighter and then Jay was like, you know, like he, he just was like, oh, you back. And I was like, Oh yeah. And I never told him. And then when I got, when they started like showing the filming, he's like, yo kid, you tell him he's an Ultimate Fighter. I was like, fuck, they told us. We couldn't tell anybody. And I was so he was like, he just was like, bro, like now I know where you went, you know, you just disappeared for like 2

months. But that's that's where I was. So how long before The Ultimate Fighter was that taking place when you first got to take Extreme? So OK, so I moved here in like August or September of O9. Mind you, little bit back story, I had been told by the staff, the producers that I was going to be used for season 10, which ended up being Kimbo Slices season, the heavyweights and my boy Scott Junk was on that one. We all had to went and try it out there. They called me.

They're like, hey, we're going to use you this now. Whatever. I was stoked I made it. Yeah, Ultimate Fighter. Two weeks later they called me back. They're like, hey, unfortunately we cannot use it. And they couldn't tell me why. And I was bro, I was devastated. I was like, bro, I freaking I like, why? Like, you know, wondering like how come they told me I was, I made it. Now I'm not like, did I do something? And then come to find out is because it was all heavyweights,

no metal. Weights, yeah. So weren't you that heavy though at at one time, no. I, I mean, I could have fought heavyweight, but 'cause I never really would have been on tiny heavyweight. Yeah, I would have had the width, not the height. But yeah. So then after that, they, they called me and they're like, hey, just a heads up, next season we're going to be doing middle weights. We'd love to have you back again, blah, blah, blah. I was like, OK, perfect. So I had, you know, something to

look forward to again. And then when they announced it, they called me or I called them or whatever, I forget. And I asked them. I was like, oh, so that's the Middle East. They're like, I was like, do I have to do the trials again? They're like, no, you don't have to. But if you would like to this time Dana and Joe Silva will be there, which they never usually are. So excuse me. They're like, if you can make it cool.

If not, don't worry about it. So I was, I had just moved here to Vegas, September, August or September of O 9. And the tryouts were like in October or something in LA. So I was like, you know what, fuck it. I drove over me and my roommates, they came with me, did the tryouts again. I didn't even have to do the interview process. They're like, ah, we got your

interview, you're good. So so we drove back same day and then, I don't know, a couple weeks went by, they called me, they're like, hey, we're going to use you this, that, whatever. So I moved here in August or September and we started filming just after New Year's, January, January 2010. Yeah. So I've been there for a couple months and then we started filming. That's crazy. Where? Where at 6 to 15 years later? Yeah, 15 years.

That's crazy. Would you ever thought you would have been this far in the career? The all time wins leader in the division. No, I never, I never fucking really like thought about that. Like I was, I always thought like, OK, the goal is to get to the UFC, but then I never thought about like past that, you know what I mean? Like, I never thought, yeah, I

never really thought about. I never saw myself not being in the UFC, but never like really thought like, oh, I'm going to be here for X amount of years and I'm going to do this. Like, obviously, you know, like everybody I feel like that gets to the UFC is chasing championships, right? Like that's what they want. You want to be the best of the best. So you think about it in that terms. But as far as like longevity,

you don't ever think about. I remember being like a few years into my career and just seeing like the turnover of guys in and out, in and out. And that was one thing that I started telling all the younger fighters. I was like, hey, it's one thing to get to the UFC is a whole different animal. What? What do you think happens? Because you see a lot of guys that run through the competition and they get to the UFC and then it's like, is it because the now the competition is all even and

everybody is good? Yeah, so it's it's one, one of two things mainly I feel like maybe a combination of the two. One is that it's the level of competition on your regional circuits, Bro, It's easy for me to hammer it. It's like, it's like imagine like the the the highly recruited, the five star athletes out of high school. It's easy for them to do the best player that high school has ever seen. And then it's a different story when they get to to the D1, right?

Or, or they're playing in the SEC now where everybody that you playing against was the best player from their high school. And then even those guys that do great in college, it's a complete different animal. And they get to the pros. Yeah, you, you, you as the best guy from your high school, he was one of the better guys in your college. But now you're literally competing against the best. The best? Yeah, at every position. We were just talking about that the other day.

Like Sean Taylor from USC dope in college, but when he gets to the NFL, he was shitty. So it's like the people are like good in high school, good in college when you get. Sean Taylor who? Which Sean Taylor? Oh, Taylor Maze, Taylor Maze, Taylor Maze, Taylor maze, Taylor Maze. But when Taylor Maze went the Niners, like we were expecting the next coming Ronnie Lott. But it just shows you like some players are just good high school players, some players are just good college players.

But when they get from the pinnacle of it, the top of the top, that they look normal. Yeah. Like that's I think that's what happened in his case where I was watching. I was like, dude, he's going to be the next Ronnie Lott. Then I started watching him with everybody else, like he just looked like an ordinary player. Now you've been there though, do you think it's raw talent and then the hard work that goes in or raw talent just takes you so far and then? Bro, I tell you, I say this all

the time. Raw talent only take you so far, and raw talent can get you like at the younger age. To the big game. To the big soul yeah, because the the skill gap can be so big between like the younger guys in high school, right? Like you can get one guy that is just a freak athlete and he going to be literally freaking years, even though they're the same age skill wise years just

naturally talented better. But then when you put the best of the best all together, now you can find out who has it. And and the sort of second part to what he was asking is the other thing is that is that when they get to the big show is that can they handle that pressure? You know, can they handle the lights? Because I've seen I've seen guys that bro gym monsters, like in the gym, you're like, hold this guy going this guys an animal, blah, blah, blah.

But then when they get into. The light. Yeah, Life. Different person. Yeah, it's hard. It's hard for them. Like the pressure. They cannot. They succumb to the pressure and then I see the opposite. I see guys in the gym that I'm like, oh, this guy can get smashed and bro, something happened to turn on and bro turn. Into a different beast. That guy is on Fight Night fighter.

You know what I mean? Like you get gym fighters and you get Fight Night fighters and, and that's the guy I rather be. I rather get cracks from everybody in the gym and then show up for fighting I turn on. Well, let's do it like when people raise it to another level, they don't continue elevating their game and evolving and taking it to the next level that you were talking about with Brad earlier. You How much leaner do you walk around now than you used to earlier?

On in your you got you got to mature and and and on on the other side of things is too is that one thing I'll see where guys will have a downfall is that they feel like they cannot be taught anymore. You know what I mean? And, and it's not something that they might say out loud, like I feel like I cannot learn anymore. But in their actions and the way they conduct themselves in training, you can tell that that's how they think.

Literally, like somebody can put something out and, and be like a you could do this better. And you can just kind of tell that, oh, OK, like they're paying attention right now, but it went in one ear and out the other. Whereas some guys, you'll tell them something and and they'll be like, oh, oh, shit, yeah, OK, that that does it. Let me try it out and they'll at least try it. Yeah. And if it works, it works. And if it doesn't, it at least tried it.

But at least that shows you that they're still open. Minded. To learning and growing because I feel like like that's all I feel like I am. I've been in this for so long, I've been in the UFC itself for 1515 years and I still feel like I'm, I'm learning and growing and still trying to build myself to be more dynamic and better. And the second that that where I hit a point where I'm like, Nah, I, I'm good. I already know like that's I'm done. I've I'm capped off, you know

what I mean? Like, well, you have to evolve too, because at one at one time the UFC was raw talent. Then he kind of went into like not athletes, you know, like now you got to be a full blown athlete if you're not an athlete and you have raw talent. I was recently asked that in my media there, they asked me, they're like, oh, what is the biggest thing you've been here for so long? What is the biggest thing you notice from like then to now?

And I was like, I was like, bro, it's like the the evolution of the actual fighter. Because now, like back then you had guys and you still have those guys that are very one-dimensional as far as like, oh, this guy is a great wrestler, blah, blah, blah. But the second you can stop his wrestling, he has nothing else for you.

But now is like, dude, the these guys are just becoming they're not coming from like, oh, I'm boxer down and learn wrestling and jiu jitsu or on kickboxer that learn wrestling or on jiu jitsu guy that learn how to punch. Now these guys is learning everything from the get go and becoming like freaking the ultimate weapon, right? They they're learning it all together. They're just as good at striking as they are wrestling as they are at jiu jitsu. And then they're putting in the

work to to be in great shape. You know, like they're just the sport itself and the athlete itself is evolving. So I I feel like that's the biggest change. I feel like the longevity for you that I've seen is you always stay coachable throughout your career. I think that's what we're just talking about where I talked to Ray Seffo and I asked him about you and Ray being in the game. He's like, as long as they're coachable, they'll have

longevity in this game. And I think that's something with you that you've seen over the years that you get those people that don't want to be coached anymore. You know, I know it all, you know what I mean? But when you get those people that's been in the game, OK, I was always learning something new. That's what I've noticed with Brad, where you're always evolving. OK, cool, what else I got to learn because then you always get those guys.

I know everything. So I don't want to be coached anymore. I don't want to learn anymore. I think with you, that's why, because I always say always stay coachable just in the in this game, in the game of life, because the moment you think that you know it all is going to be somebody coming with something new that you thought, Oh, I don't want to be coached on that. I think that's what shows in your longevity because you every fight you, you coming up and like reinvent yourself every

time. The people are man, Brad's still in it. Brad's still whooping people's ass because the last last fight I was like, dude, it's crazy how long you've been in the game and still relevant in the game. And I think that's what's been how to urban a lot. A lot of guys could do it that I've that I've watched since I've been watching the sport that would have fallen by the wayside because they don't want to be, you know, coachable, teachable and they don't want to learn.

Like when you hooked over Ray stuff like how was that whole transition to kind of see what his perspective on the on the fight game was? Bro Ray is fucking crazy. Like his mind for the game and then the fact that he has done it at the highest level, the fact that he still does like you, like people blow their mind out. Like people that don't know Ray that come in and will like get around from Ray and they're like, oh bro, this is an older guy. Yeah, Legend, whatever.

The respect is there. But then they fucking see how fast this dude still is. Still there. Till this day bro, till this day. And how I would say the only difference now is that he's older is that he little bit less in shape. He's not in that fight shape, so it's not like he can go freaking sick 6789 rounds. You know what I mean?

Yeah, he getting older, he he can get tired, Yeah, but bro on any fucking with anybody at any weight, even for for one round, bro, this guy is just it's crazy like his his knowledge like his knowledge is endless. You know what? I mean, it's like football IQ, bro. It's like your fight IQ is raised on another level.

Like when you watch him and now that he's teaching and giving back to to the younger fighters and to the fighters of today, it just shows you like he wants to coach these people coming up and kind of give him what his experience. Is right and it's crazy is that he always been like so big and open hearted like that literally from the day I met him. So I remember I remember the day I met him like it was yesterday because I had just come from Hawaii.

I moved up here. Me and my best friend Russell, we used to play K1 all the time. Both of us use race effort. Yes, overhand, overhand, overhand.

Into overhand was. Vicious yeah and bro we just brought like Ray was our favorite player you know like one him he and Polynesian 2 just his fight style yes and then so anyway, I remember walking in was a Saturday sparring and I walked into tap out and and then fucking here comes Reyes F1 this other huge sole who ended up being you remember BRC Bryce Ritani you. Remember. Oh man, he was a monster too. And at the time, he was like 300 lbs. I was like, oh, bro, this, this

kid is a monster. Oh yeah, yeah. He Bryce Ritani, always hanging out with Todd Duffy. Yeah, yeah. Training at the ends and shit too. Now I remember him. What do you know what happened to him? Bro he's still out here. I I haven't seen him in years. But now I remember. I think he got kids and whatnot. But anyway, I remember them two walking in and I was like, bro, that's fucking race. I was like, oh bro, I'm going to ask him for a spar. I might get knocked out, but

fuck him. It's worth it. And then so bro, I remember being like almost having like this anxiety like oh fuck, I'm going to spar race. And then bro I remember sparring him and was crazy the most control still to this day. I think he is literally because what he's capable of and for how he spars. I was like, bro, this guy literally get the most control I've ever seen and front of get go right off RIP.

Ray is always I think he one of those guys like I don't have this in me naturally, but he's always been I think a coach like even though he was fighting at the time, I think the coach has always been in him because he loves it almost like bothers him to see somebody doing something wrong.

Like it'll be funny, like to just prank him, like be like Ray, My boy is going to come in and just have one of you guys just do something completely wrong and have him watch because he it'll like I'll see him, like he'll see it. And then I'm like, I know it's getting to him like, and he'll walk over here. Hey, brother, try it, try this. And never in like a condes anyway, like always helpful. You know, he always, always been that way.

And that was that was my first encounter with him and and bro, like shortly after that I was around him more and more, especially when I started over at couture. That's where he's always been. And then I I asked him. I was like, I was like, Hey, we're like, would you be my coach? And bro, we've been together ever since, you know, pretty much from the get go. Brad's Brad's outlook was different. He sees Ray, you know, other people want to take a picture.

He wanted to spar with Ray. Yeah, that's a whole different mindset. That's a spider's mindset. He's like, oh cool, I've got to take a picture. Like I can't wait to spar him. Yeah, not me. I ain't sparring Ray. I. See Ray, when I go pick up my kid at elementary school sometimes. I'm like oh shit. That's Ray set for one. I just walk away. He's. The legendary, The ROI. Hey, what are the nicest guys? Ever seen? Yeah. Ray's a legend.

Yeah, he is, bro. He is he like one of the biggest hearts, you know, and just great, great at what he does. And now he got his kids coming out. So that's cool to see too. You know, like his son is 15 now. Fucking taller than all of us. Oh, probably, yeah. He's and he's still he's still heavily involved in in the in the MMA world scene because he still do making moves. Yeah, has a show.

So I mean, it's it's good to see Ray out here because that's definitely been a legend growing up for us as Polly kids. It was always like, you know, when I got to sit down with Ray finding out how he was a model when he was fighting and just kind of seeing his whole transition to K1 over to, you know, UFC and MMA out here. It was like, man, that's like a

movie. Like this is a stuff that movies are made of. Like and I I always say this to this day, the best fight I've ever seen was him versus Mark Hunt. Like, I'll watch that all day, 100%. And that's been a fight that, you know, growing up as Polly kids, that's how we fought like in the streets, you know, it was like a Ray Sefo, Mark Hunt fight, but it was constant, just haymakers landing, laughing.

Oh yeah, I want this one and going back and forth and like that clip will stay embedded in Polynesian kids for life, which and every and every any kid. Bro anybody who has not watched that fight? Oh man, go watch that. Right now, Ray Sefo versus Mark Hunt. Man K1. Is the greatest fight fucking ever. Talking about chins, Yep, it was

eating them. Bro, something cool that I always remember about Ray and it just like speaks on his mindset and why he has been so successful in fighting and and in life in general. So I remember so K1 Ray made it to the highest level of K1. You know, he was a superstar in Japan, millionaire, whatever. And K1 still owed them some money. And then when they folded, he never seen that. And it was it was like millions

of dollars they still owed him. And I remember so him going through whatever he had this his his lifestyle or whatever. And this is when he was like transitioning out of fighting kind of into coaching and doing everything else he was doing. And I just remember, I forget what exactly we were talking about, but we were just talking about life and whatever. And just it always helped me when he said this to like, kind of like that, that outlook on life is like, oh, OK.

We like basically like, oh, we're going to be OK. Because he told me he's like, bro, one thing I tell you right now, he's like, I've been a millionaire before. I know what it takes. And he's like, I know I'm going to be a millionaire again. And you know, when he went through his like little financial slum, which now he is a millionaire again, you know, he built himself right back up. Look at his company, you know, second biggest show in the world. And, and, and doing everything

that he's doing. So I, that's something that just always stuck with me like 1 of the things that he said that and it's more so like just his mindset of like, he's like, you know, I've, I've been there, I've done that. I put in the hard work. I know what it takes and I know that I can and will do it again. And bro, sure as shit he did. So that's fucking cool to me. Imagine Owen raised some money shit K1 y'all better watch out Race still whoop that ass not.

Too scary if you're a yakuza, right? Yeah, right, Legends. Big body Cisco coming off a huge show out in Cali. Oh man. How did that all get put together? Which one you talking about the with Damien Marley? With Damien Marley guys so. It's crazy because it was last minute. Damien Marley, Fiji and Boog.

This has been a show at Thunder Valley at the venue sold out and we were just kind of like Boog was in San Francisco and we were doing the Palm. So, you know, all of our schedules, we're at the Palms during our Thursday night, every first Thursday, by the way, at that ghost bar. But we were doing our show and he got a call from Damian Marley's manager, Dan Dalton. Shout out Dan Dalton. And he goes, bro, I need you and Cisco at the show.

Mind you, this is Thursday. The show's on Friday, so we're like, OK, he was like, dude, I'll put you guys on the plane, get get to the show. And mind you, like we haven't told Fijian Boog yet either. So we Westava flies out the first flight. I, I say I'm, I'm, I'm tired from the Thursday night party. So I get on the next flight, but my flight's delayed two or three hours. The show starts at 7. Fiji goes on at 7:00, We get

there, Westafa's there. I finally get there 30 minutes from Sacramento airport to the venue at Thunder Valley. I hit the stage right when I get out of the venue and I'm taking off FIJ and then they were in it. So now that we're in it, taking off Phege, Phege goes, man, this dude sounds like Cisco. Phege don't know I'm there. So if he just go on stage right, I'm coming on stage left and he's like, dude, why does this dude sound like Cisco?

He's pissed. Phege, shout out Phege, shout out my brother Phege. He's a dude. He started texting me. There's this dude at Thunder Valley sounds just like you. And I was like, bro, I'm here and he's like, where are you at? I go to the green room. He's like, dude, I was hitting you because I thought this dude, I was like, Nah, that was me that brought you up. He's like, motherfucker. So I brought Bug out and we brought Damian Marley out. It was just a good night.

He just to go to show you like we got to be ready at any time like that. Dan made that call and think he was like, dude, this makes no sense for Western Conference not to be a part of this big show that they had a Thunder valley.

We did the show, man. We kicked it with bug and Pheege and Damian Marley and it was just and I flew back the next day to Vegas. So just so you always got to be ready and especially in this entertainment industry, because just because you're not on the initial bill, you might get that call. So like, you know, at first I was like, Oh, no, we wasn't on the bills. Like Nah, I don't look at it like that.

I looked at this opportunity to go kick it with Pheege, go kick it with Bug and go kind of show the brand for Western conferences and we had a good time sold out show Thunder Valley at the venue and just kind of you know, I have topping it off with Damian Marley and just kind of doing that. And just now now it kick starts the season of festivals and Holo Holos and all these one off shows. So now it's just going to be off and running from here. On out. Thunder Valley's pretty big too.

Isn't it like 4? Thousand yeah, I think it's almost, you know, that venue's like A6000 person venue and we're sitting over there. It's that's the first time I've been there because we did a show there with Comic Kings, but that wasn't built yet. But this one had like 3 tiers. I was like oh, you know, right. And then right when I got out of the Uber, I'm kind of right when I hit the stage, I'm like, oh shit, that's a lot because I didn't know.

I thought it was like a smaller venue, but there's like 3 tiers, A mezzanine level, a top level, everything sold out, Everyone just and I'm not even supposed to be there, you know what I mean? So we kind of like adjusted real quick on the fly where stuff was like, ah, I'm gonna play this song we got there, give it up for feeds. And we went into our thing and had a good time and was just

like that adrenaline pumps. And then right when you get off stage, you go chill with feeds and chill a book, book goes, what the hell are you doing here? I was like, bro, I just got off the plane. So it's kind of good to have, you know, your brothers in the in the game that just you don't think you're going to be honest show, but it takes that one phone call somebody say, hey, we need to have Cisco and Mustafa here. So that was Dan Dalton. Shout out, Dan.

It's pretty damn late. Yeah, man. So how long did you guys end up staying out in Cali? You guys just came back next. Day, dude, we were there less than 24 hours. Like we literally flew there that the morning of the show, flew back the next morning and we're back in Vegas and people were like, weren't you just in?

I was like, yeah, it's crazy like that, where you can fly from Vegas to Sacramento, do a show and be on the next flight from Sacramento back to Vegas. Because we had some other stuff that we had to do a podcast with Coco, Coco, Vinny. So, you know, we always move and stuff. And then we're announcing the barbershop. So I think now it's the thing too, that I had to come back and get everything in place for that.

So, you know, along with that being, you know, neighbors next to Raleigh, that was something that I've been working on as being a business owner to kind of say we do podcasts here, we do podcasts, Sticky Paws, everyone that I did right behind the UFC gym we used to have. That's where we'd be our studio. I was like, dude, I want to do a studio, but I also want to do a barbershop. So me and my boy Josh, he was

cutting my hair. Ever since I've been living in Vegas and we've been having this plan to open up our own barbershop. And I when I come here to Raleigh's, it's like, dude, there's all these different spaces and I seen the space next door to Raleigh and I was like, why not? So we finally got all through all the yellow tape and signed the lease last week, and now we end it to win it for the next five years. Let's go the. Blvd.

Boys, right? Blvd. boys are here, but I think it's going to be dope because it's something that we can call our own now. It's something that, you know, we do have meet and greets and every artist always needs a haircut. So it was a better spot to do it at the shop. So it's called the Shack. It's going to hopefully be open in July. And in the back we're going to have a content studio where we're doing stuff with a podcast studio.

And if you guys watch Tiny desk, we'll have some tiny desk type stuff where it's just, you know, exclusive to our island artists. They're they're always in town. And we have such a huge following here, the 9th island of Las Vegas that we have all our brothers like Brad come through. And you know, it's going to be a community thing because I think with honors being here and us being on the strip, you know,

Las Vegas Blvd. right here, I think it's just going to just go domino effect and have all other businesses because we're all helping each other. You know, my demographic helps Raleigh, Raleigh demographic helps mine and it's cross promotion at that point. And we're just talking about like Zippies and all these brands that are coming to town from Hawaii or from California. We're able to support them.

They always, it's not a competition thing with me, especially when we're doing businesses. I'm not here to be the to beat, to beat this barbershop out to beat that barbershop. It's to bring a different feel to it. I have all of our fighters, all of our athletes, all of our artists have a place where they could come, oh, let's go to Cisco shop where I'm promoting other barbers. Hey, if it's not us, make sure you go to this barbershop. Make sure you go to that

barbershop. Because I think the mentality that we're having with the 9th island is everybody's competing with each other. And the moment we get out of that mindset that that crab's in a bucket mentality will be more for us to go flourish because we're we're holding each other down when there's shows in town. Oh, this show can't be better

than that show. There's enough for everybody in Vegas. So it doesn't matter whether it's, you know, Hawaii's finest, whether it's Hola Hola, whoever's here, there's enough money out here for everybody. So stop trying to compete with each other. So that's what the my business mind for me and mine going. For what is your mindset on that? Because I mean, obviously we're in your content studio right next door. He's going to be building his content. There's no honestly.

I don't give a fault because it's like to me is the more people we can get here, the more busy the mall is. Yeah. Yeah. And like I've been telling Cisco for years, like bro, like you've been obviously you guys been to Fairfax, You guys went to Rodeo Dr. like it's all the best businesses in a row. Yeah. So if you want to go somewhere and you want to get all the shit that's cracking, you go to Fairfax. Yeah. Then you just walk down the line and you walk in every store.

See what you. Want Raleigh was open in honors and so the day he was open he kept telling me bro come next door because I had my cousin had a church in this in this Plaza and I was like bro, this would be dope if we could make it a Fairfax where every one of the best dope brands and where they all help each other. That's what made Fairfax. So they were it was a competition, but a friendly competition where they were pushing each other.

OK if they they brought this out, then my release got to be better the next one. So you're actually pushing and the meeting together. Yeah. And the moment that people are trying to make it where it's a malicious intent with competing. That's where you lose your way and that's why I think this bad business karma comes your way and that that way. So I think opening a business is

not easy by no means. But I think if you have that mentality where everybody can eat and it's always been something I might think everybody eats. Stop trying to keep that plate and try to gatekeep all this shit to yourself because the more you open up to everybody else. If everybody's successful now there's a bigger pot to go from if you keep it in just as one and I always take this. Back to like promoters in Hawaii and it's not like I'm talking shit.

But it's because they're competitive in the wrong ways. I want to have my show better than yours. I'll watch this. I mean, hate on somebody's show. It's like stop doing that guys. It's jealousy. It's jealousy. And and that jealousy comes through through your brand where people are talking about it behind the scenes. And you may not know, they know. We know. Just to let you all know, we know. But with that being said, that's why going forward in my business by any means, it's not going to

be an easy feat. You're talking about you're in Las Vegas. But what is something that everybody needs a haircut. And I always say I get my cut every week. So I'm like, if I do it, somebody else is doing it. So we're going to have like a braider braiding hair in there. We're going to have a barbershop content studio. But like, just because this is here and I'm next door, that means we're making each other better. Hey, if I'm doing it here, let's go do here. Well, exactly.

I mean, look at all the biggest podcasts in the world. Oh yeah, like they have. They make their rounds, they do their, they do their media rounds through the biggest podcast. If you're promoting a movie or something, yeah, why wouldn't you go next door to the Western Conference Podcast studio or here, then right next door, they're still friends and go promote. Now there's options. Now you have this look. Now you have the look over there like this might work out for

somebody. This my, my look, my look, work out for somebody. But you have options. We're not saying, oh, don't go to Raleigh's because mine's better. It's like, why have that mentality? Have the mentality, hey bro, if you don't like this, go next door. My boy got one next door. So now they're like, oh, you guys aren't competing. That's what I don't want people to to think about any business that you we have out here. Zippy shouldn't be competing with Opalicious.

Opalicious shouldn't be competing with LD JS. They have their products that are good and us as consumers consume different ways and different things. So I think going forward is like this is going to be something that I hope is going to be something for young business minded people to not be in such a competition with each other.

Like open it up to everybody. Like we have a festival in the Bay Area called Every Everybody Eats and that everybody Eats festivals because everybody eats, whether it's a food vendor, whether it's a clothing brand. I'm not competing with that clothing brand. Oh, man, what's dope? OK, cool, you're making me step my game up. Hey, what's good in your food truck? OK, cool, I got to make mine better. Now you're helping each other.

Healthy competition, right? Healthy competition is always what people say on the out, but then they have a hidden agenda on the backside of it to be like, oh, let's say it's healthy in front of everybody, but in the back, let's kill these

motherfuckers. That's kind of like just in my personal opinion, something that that comes comes back to kill you in bad business karma, because if you're doing that and you're not really authentic about what you're saying, they're just going to catch you later on where you're like, Oh, you was popping all that shit and then about you being open. But you're there's a can be a friendly competitive.

Don't get me wrong, there has to be people at some point to say I got to do better, but not in a better to bring the next person down. Exactly. Well, that's, I think about it in like a sense of like training to where I want to show you exactly what you're doing wrong. I want, I want to show you how to stop me. Yeah, it's going to teach me. 100 percent, 100%. I say that all all the time. It's like that's saying iron

sharpens iron. If if me and you are training and I'm constantly beating you constantly beating you like what am I getting out of it? Like you're getting something out of it. You learning, you learning like, oh, I got to be better here, blah, blah, blah. But if if you not pushing me, what am I getting out of it?

But if I can be like, oh, I caught you with this and then I'm like, hey, so next time try doing this because I'm seeing you drop this a little bit after every time you throw this punch. And then the next time we spar, I'm like, oh, he fixed it. He's not getting hit. And now he hitting me. Now I got to level. Up. You got to learn. And then now when I level up, now I can teach you like, oh, you know, and, and, and vice

versa back and forth. I think touching back on what you said is like, it's the people with the mentality that thinks that just because you have success is taking away from my success. No, it's not. There's no cap on success. You know what I mean? Like everybody can be successful like you, you, like, there's going to be a, a crowd and an audience and a customer for you that might be different from his or whatever. Or they both might shop, you know what I mean?

Like here and there it's like it's those people that are so close minded that that take it almost personally like, oh, because this guy is doing this like it's taking away from me. Like F this guy and I got to shit on him, you know, like to make myself look better. Like bro, that's.

And it's a disease, it's crazy because it's mostly in our demographic, whether it's a Polynesian demographic, Hawaiian demographic, we're so competitive with each other that that's why we're not like flourishing with the, with everybody else is because we're so competitive with each other. And I always say in the Poly demographic, like, let's do this together. And then you have the, Nah, I

wanted to start. So once we start doing that, and all I could do is lead by example, all I can tell somebody what my story is, I can't sit you and tell you how to run your business, tell you how to, you know, do what you got to do. Just this is how I did my business and oh, why is it successful? Because I, I wasn't trying to compete with anybody. I was just competing up making

ourselves better every day. Like podcasting, you know, just because, you know, I've had Brad on my podcast and we have all these different guests. It's a different perspective every time. So you're getting a different story every time. There's something you might have missed. Every time was like, OK, man, he won't do your podcast because he did your podcast. I was like, why? Why not? So then you get competitive nature with that.

Like guys, the more content we put out there, which you guys are missing the point, the more content, content is king. So the more time you say, Hey, let's go on podcast, I'm more than willing because now this is another opportunity for someone that might have not seen me to see me. Same thing with everybody with with your brand. The more you put yourself out there, the more you're going to get recognized and for a good, like I said, there's a there's a

battle between right and wrong. There's a right way to use it and there's a wrong way to use it. If you're doing it just to kind of get, you know, famous for the wrong reasons, then you're doing it for the wrong reasons. I've been in the game over 20 years. So I've been doing it for the right reasons. Kind of say I did that in my immature levels earlier in my age. I wanted to be that dickhead and

be I want to be the best. But yeah, now that you get older, you kind of like saying, bro, I got kids, I got grandkids now. So it's kind of more thing why I'm going to leave a legacy for my kids. But like my sons, when I announced my opening Barber shop, they were so proud. Like my oldest sons were like, Dad, that's dope. You got your own business. Like that's the conversations I want to have. I don't want to have the conversations. I was saying, Dad, what are you doing next?

We all, I mean, as as fathers, we want to let leave a legacy for our kids. And it's kind of have my older son saying, that's dope, Dad, I can't wait to see what happens from it. That for me, I don't give a shit what anybody else says going out in life, as long as that my sons were proud of me. My parents called me son. I seen the post. I'm proud of you. Like that's what you're really doing it for the end of the day. Do you have all boys? I have one girl.

I have all boys and one girl. Yeah, I got four boys and one girl. But like. How many different moms maybe? Mamas 4 baby Mamas I got 4 different baby Mamas. And you have all boys. It was all four boys and I had a girl. She's my youngest, she's five years old. Like even that, like, I mean, you know, you got to so you got to have a business to feed all these mouths. Now Now my older sons are having. Kids you have with all those you have girls.

Look, I'm just see, I'm glad I didn't have all girls because that would have really been God, but like, OK, but I think him when I had my girl kind of slowed me down. Like I think that definitely slows you down because you know, when we're young we don't give a shit, but then when you have a daughter, it's kind of like, I got to be chill off what I'm. Well, you realize that you're that's not what other dudes daughters. Oh, dude, what are you talking

about? When I was still giving a dollar at the strip club, I was like, this is somebody's daughter. Now I'm at the strip club. Different. Now I'm at the strip club, like, where's your dad? Because I'm thinking like, man, this is somebody's daughter. But when I didn't have a daughter, I didn't give a shit. I was, you know what I mean, reckless. I went to a strip club one time and then I went back numerous times for this one girl, right? And she's my Papa said what's

up? And I was like, who's your Papa? He told me the name. And I was like fuck, that was my fucking boss bro. Bro, it's crazy. We're all, I think we're all at the strip club. I won't say the name of the strip club, but when they strippers come up, so they like, oh, you, we know you guys from such and such. Remember we're all like, oh shit, we're out of here. So yeah. So being being a father of a daughter now a kind of different

perspective on how I treat life. I mean, you know, I mean me, it took me having a daughter to kind of really say oof. I got to chill out because, you know, the four baby Mamas was cool. But now I'm not having a daughter. OK, Now I don't want her to be a baby Mama. So I got to be a little bit more leaning. The boy was easy, the girls boys are easy. The girls like Brad, the girls is. Nope, I get 2. Yeah. Me too 2.

Girls. Boy, boys are he's like I see Justin with your son like that phase of life is like the best ever learning football and like I'm watching your videos with your son like that father son moment for you is something that you're going to remember forever. Like my son's playing with his son, my grandson now and he's throwing on the ball when the moment he threw the ball back, my son's like, damn, dad, this is how you felt like it's all life lessons. You know what I mean?

But in our culture and, and our, you know, demographic, the one thing I do like about it is that we're really family oriented. You know what? We take care of our family, we represent our, our family name. But this, it's when the ego and the pride gets in the way. And I think, you know, don't get me wrong, there's going to be times where I deal with pride and ego on my own brand, but I have to sit back and kind of say, OK, wait, remember what you're doing this for?

And I always have my grandkids and my kids that kind of like reality check me to kind of say, OK, what do I want them in competition when they're growing up? So I always started going because when you're young, you don't think of none of this stuff. The older you get, you kind of like, man, I don't want my kids to go through the struggles that I went through. So that's why I want to have my Barber shop. That's why I want to have my podcast studio.

That's why I want to do these concerts and kind of like do my own stuff. So they kind of see that and I people hate me for this, like it's because you're not in school or maybe you dropped out of school. Doesn't mean you're just fucked. It means what's your next pass. So what I instilled in my kids were like, know what your passion is? I told my son, you don't got to school. The moms were pissed off, but

you don't got to go to school. Pick one thing you're passionate about YouTube universities right there. And there's so much resources that you can go build, which is on your own. Because I don't want them to have to depend on school. And don't get me wrong, there's going to be stuff stuff that school is good for. But if you're something that's you're in a game where you want to be a podcast host, you want to do shows, you want to do a barbershop podcast, whatever it is a fighter.

There's stuff to learn it and be passionate about it, but learn what you want to do. Because when I had I had to go through trials and tribulations growing up, I had to work at UPS. I had to work 9 to fives. I had to work all these different jobs where you try to make be easier on your kids. And that's all. At the end of the day, what we're trying to do, we're living in a fucked up world right now and all I can say, oh, what are you? What are you? What's your thoughts on this one?

I don't care because that doesn't really immediately affect me. I always say I stay out of the politics. I stay out of everything that's going around the world. If my immediate family's taken care of, then I'm done my job as a man because when it does hit the fan, then I have to say, OK, how do I pivot to kind of make the but I don't make. My, you ain't checking on the tariffs or anything. Yeah, see, I don't see like none

of that stuff. Like it won't affect me right off the bat, but I'm sure it'll affect me somehow some way. But I have to adjust my way of living to it because of it. So that's why these people are fighting each other, like hating each other because you support this and they support that. Like that. I don't lose no sleep over that just because as long as my family's good, we're all, all my

friends are OK, we good. Like even like for me, I try to make a dope spot that people want to come to. Like my son he he cuts hair and all right, he cuts hair and stuff. But bro he just brings his friends here, cuts their hair, charge them 40 bucks and he does like 5-6 chops a week so and you. And you have. It's so dope that he's like, he can just come here down and cut somebody's hair, fuck whatever. The fucking Barber chairs in there and he just comes here and

does his thing. They come in, boom boom, boom chops and then make some money. Then he go buy some shoes. It's crazy how full circle all of our lives as being parents, being like from like the young days. We all had our young days. Thank God there wasn't cell phones that you could record back in the days. I probably would have been in jail, but. Fast because. We're often at least.

Man, I ought to be. I've been being bailed out a lot more, but because I have to be more aware of everything can be on the phone. So my actions nowadays, everyone can pull out their phone. Like I see people fight on the strip or LML, people pull up their phone, they don't even help. Bro yeah. They don't even. Help. They fucking film first, yeah. They don't call before, they call my. Own the mall right bro? Oh, the mall thing, that's crazy.

That's see it's so it's like. Content is king bro. Any content, viral content like. Warrior is just Rd. star right? Rd. star like bro. Even when I was in high school and we used to scrap, would have people with the fucking camcorder. Right. But it takes a long time to get that all right. Hold on, do it. Again, not as accessible like as as unfold you know, but it but still like nowadays bro, like people it just quick with the 4K.

Too. That's crazy. 4K this, they can see every dimple in my cheek and everything. I'm like that, damn, that's me. So it's crazy what we can use content for nowadays. Like when I do podcasts, people always like, man, ask him a question that would make a viral moment. Like why? Don't want to do that. But I see podcasts that ask stupid ass questions like that to get a rise out of their yeah because they want that viral moment sometimes. Me and just got disgust stuff before we come on here.

He told me something last night. I was like bro. Have you ever? Have you ever lost a street fight, Brad? Have I? Yeah, I think I would technically say I lost 2. 2. You know what, the first one that I, I consider I lost, you said technically I got yeah, technically technicality. So I got, I got into a fight with this kid. We was fighting whatever, whatever. And then I was like, I I I forget this is like back when I never know how scrap literally high school.

But this kid, this kid didn't get on top of me. Like I think he'd mount me. If I'm not mistaken anyway, he had a she mount you. Remember. Probably no. I don't know if he's in guard or mount any of it and pull his shirt over his head. And bro from the bottom I was cranking him. I was cranking him and I was like, I was like bro, this is great. Like he cannot see me. He get he all stuck in his shirt. Bro, his dad came over there pull his shirt off for him.

I was like oh you fuck. OK then, bro, he started wailing on me. So I was like I was blocking. I was like bro, he's on top of me pounding, pounding, whatever. Boom. I finally flipped this fuck over and I was like yeah, now my turn bro. No, the fucking dad didn't force me from you. Oh, I was. You got jumped.

That was a loss. I was like 16 at the time, so I was like in my opinion he and LAN like and I never have one single mark on my face, but I was like in my opinion, like if I was judging not as a judge you that you are, I say I lost right that. Was a 910 round. Technicality, yeah, but if, if, if the dad never hit me and he had let him go or whatever, I fucking would have whooped his ass, which I ended up whooping his ass later anyway. We I got my my. You got to get your get back.

Always got to get your get back. But yeah, so was the second one. The second one, I fought with it. I fought with this guy. I ended up fighting with his friend first. So probably I'm a long story, but Harris, I'm fine. So I live in Volcano, right? You know where Volcano is? These guys is in town. This guy got my number. He called me, he's like, oh where you at, blah blah blah. And I was like home, why?

And then he was like, oh fuck what, you're not coming out tonight, we'll go scrap, blah blah blah. Was it because he was on the show already or he was fighting? No, no, no, I was, bro. I was like probably 17, so I just cut the time. Yeah, it was like in high. I might have been in high school, just out of high school. I wasn't even 18 yet. So he called me. It was typical hero drama, you know, we had beat and then so he got my number, whatever. So he called me.

I was like, brother, and this is like 12 O clock at night already and we was headed to UB40 at old days. The next day. I was like, brother, I all the way at home invoke, you know, I said, bro, if you really like scrap, fucking come drive up here me and you can scrap. And I was like, I was like, but no, bring anybody, just just me and you. I by myself, just me and you. That's we can do them that way. And then he was like, oh, OK, OK, whatever. I have my boy Stacey, who is

maybe 15-16 at the time. And he and he's smaller. He was with me and, and he's like, oh, who is that? Like he heard me talking. He's like, oh, who is that? Blah, blah. And I was like, I was like, bro, just, I was like, no, this is this guy. He apparently going to come up here for a scrap. And then he's like, oh, fuck yeah. And I was like, I was like, no, bro. I said you. You going to stay here? I told him that just going to be me. Just going to be me and him. And he's like what?

And I was like, I was like, yeah, you stay here. But he's like fuck, OK bro, the guy didn't call me back like 5 minutes later he's like, yeah, I, I bring you my cousin because I, I said make sure I'm not get mobbed or, or you know, like just have somebody. I said, you know what, that's cool. I get my little brother with me. I'm going to bring him. So I Stacey and her this he's all excited and all. I told him straight. I said, bro, these guys from Puna, I'll say bro.

I said I said season. I telling you right now these fuckers not going to come up here, just them too. Yeah, I said I said, bro, if you can come with me, that's fine. But I said going to be balls to the walls. I said, bro, we we majority we most likely going to get mobbed tonight. And he was like, bro, he's all games. How fuck I'm a game, whatever. So anyway, I told you I got it. I'm not going to tell these fuckers meet me at my house. So I told him, Oh, I live right

by the 26 mile marker. Oh, so I told him I said, bro put when you see the 26 mile marker, pull over. I'm going to fucking come grab you guys and we can go to the park and park by my house. So you grabbed him at Oh no. So what I did was I my neighborhood get get 2 streets you can come in from. So I went up the top St. drove down and then came back in the bottom street. So I'm drive past. I I just wanted for a scope of

mile first. I drove past it was just him and and his cousin or friend or whatever. I was like, oh OK, this fucker right drove in the bottom St. cuz 4 cars full of guys full of guys, bro standing out there pacing, whatever. You can tell they just came out from fucking shooters or whatever it is in Halo. So anyway, this fucker, I call him, I said what bro, you think you fucking funny, huh. I said I said you, you think I

was going to see all your boys? He said, bro, they they just didn't follow me. They said that. I said, well, you just didn't waste your fucking time and your gas for come up here because I'm going to sleep brother. He said Oh no, no, blah blah. I said look, get rid of them, get rid of them or I go I literally can go back home, go sleep and you can fuck off. And he's oh, I can tell them that this is not whatever. So they didn't fucking he told

them dig out, whatever. So I told Stacy I was I was like, bro, they're only going to be gone a little while. We're only going to have a small window. They're going to show up. They're going to show up. So sure enough, so anyway, he got rid of them temporarily. So we went to the park, me and he went scrap and fucking lick him. I was a kid done right there, ready for go home and shake hands, problem solve right? Boom, right there. Here come all his friends, block

all the fucking exits. I was like, oh fuck, I was like we stuck here. Now my car is here. I'm not going to fucking run away and they're going to smash my car or whatever. I was like fuck them. I said. I said whatever, here here goes. I was trying to call Devin. Devin was fucking sleeping like bro, by this point it's 2:00 in the morning, so I fucking blowing his phone up, he not answering bro. The only person I could think of calling was this fucking old

man. Rest in peace, Uncle Cal call over Hell, He he's he's a crazy old man that live up there by us. And I was like, bro, like he own skinny old man, but he own crazy fucker and he come from a big family, though the calibre hails the Spencer's the the you know, they they got big family. So I was like, bro, I'm going to call him. I called his fucker like Brad.

It's got to be like, I don't know, like 3 in the morning, if not 480 in between like 2 and 4. It's a wee hours and and bro, Uncle Cal, he had this crazy like raspy fucking like smoker's voice. So I call him. He answered the phone. Hello. I was like I was like, oh bro, I fucking like felt so like nervous for calling him. Like I felt bad. Like you know how you spreck your own? Yeah, I was like, oh, Uncle Cal, this Brad, he's like, what's up, boy? I was like, I was like, fuck.

Is that where you get your voice for the morning? He's not. Exactly like. So anyway, he's like what's up boy? I was like, I was like, fuck uncle bro. I was like, fuck, you can come Cooper center. He's like, I was like, bro, get all these guys over here. I can scrap one of them and he's fuck is going to mob me. I was like, I I scrap all of them, but I I don't like getting mobbed. And then he was like, OK, boy,

I'll be right there. So bro fucking sure of shit, bro, these fuck is just pressing me too. And I telling them I like bro, I telling them all these fuckers, I bro, I fucking scrap every single one of you, but just. One-on-one on. One which I know once we start fighting, they're going to mob me. I already know anyway fucking bro I say kind of like dancing in the parking lot from good like 10 minutes just making sure these fuck is not get behind me station.

He he's shocked bro. Imagine he 1516. Years old I'm out of. Here these all these fucking grown men and and bro, he went from fuck yeah, let's go to fucking like seeing ghosts. All these fuckers calling me out anyway, fucking Uncle Cal shows up. He show up in on a typical Halo fucking volcano show up in on yellow poncho hands in his pocket.

Bro they all press now. They like, they're like oh, why the fuck of all people this fuck all calling old man They was like and then bro, they was like they, they was all scared. They was like oh, oh man, get your hands out of your pocket. He's like shut the fuck. Up. Don't tell me how fucked dude, he's like you fuck us. It's dumb. You guys not supposed to be fighting each other, but if you go fight one-on-one go. So I was like OK, whichever, whichever 1 you fuck is the

biggest fucker. I was like OK let's go so me and him start scrapping bro. I say fucking cracking him. I fight bro. It was so funny. I try for fucking I I I don't know if we can like clinch up whatever I try for fucking take him down bro his own big fucker He just said tossed me right off of him. I was like oh fuck. Then bro he end up getting on top of me and luckily I didn't get on top of his friend that I fought first and I was going to start licking him.

And then the the friend cousin was like no, no, no, let him up, let him up. And I was like fuck whatever, get up. So I let him up bro. I never fucking like lick him bro. The guy got on top of me. I was like oh stop. I said oh I let your friend up. I let your friend up. Let me up, let me up. Brought him look over at the friend and the friend was like. He did let me up. Yeah, he let me up. So brought his fuck away and let me back up. So bra as fuck, we scrapping.

I ain't crack them on good on and I don't even know how I think I ain't fucking try for like stick them and take them down like and and granted, bro, it's just street fighting. I don't know if I fucking take anybody down at this point. So I just stick it on football sparing on bro this fucker and grab me and on guillotine. He never know he might figure this out from this conversation right now.

Bro as fucker is this close to putting me out code with that guillotine brought him he and finally fucking let me go. He's like he was choking me. He had him and let me go and brought like you know how you see stars, but I'm fucking suck him up like like nothing. And anyway, I'm fucking shut his eye. So I was like, brah, if you like technically, I guess I could say I lost that, you know, because I almost got fucking submitted. But I never, I mean,

technically, I guess I won that. This whole thing has to be animated like this whole thing has to be. Animated you know that story you remind me of you saw the one that had the 2 the the sister and the younger sister in the car and she's been shooting bloody up her face and say we're going to go scrap this girl when we get there. And the girl the The Who was the seats? You think they're they're bigger than me. Why didn't you? Why are you going to call me?

They're bigger than me. They fucked you up. They're going to fuck me up. But yeah, that was that was that was the only one which both of those, as I say, I like, I don't know, like I guess fucking on technicality could go either way. But that was that was probably back in the day like if you their knowledge now back then, that was before MMA was even a thing.

Oh yeah, and funny enough, bro, Fast forward a couple years later, I moved to Oahu. I was out was out in one of the clubs and one of the guys from that night when come up to me and he's like, hey, bro, he's like, fuck, I don't know if you remember he was there that night, you in scrap, blah, blah, blah. And I was like, oh, and I was like, oh, what the fuck, like fight. Yeah, but bro like now too, like I already more mental because I've been fucking trained. Like bro, you like fucking

scrap, we're going to lick you. And he was like he he was like, he was like, Nah, bro, I just wanted to tell you like bro, you in fucking I honor, I forget what the exact words, but basically he was like, he was like, bro, you're a man of your word. You said only you was going to show up over there and you only came by yourself. And he and he was like, bro, I, I guarantee you knew I was going to have more of us. I was like, oh fuck yeah. I was fully expecting. Forget Mob 100%.

But imagine watching this is. Hey, these guys from Puna, Yeah. But imagine they're going mom, and they're watching Brad get his arm raised this past weekend. You know what I mean? Like, how dope is that? Yeah. I. Can do what you was one of those guys there. You. Know and. Just what you on though. Now those.

Guys, Oh yeah, guarantee. So a lot of these guys, like I've, I've run into them, like I in fact, I don't think anybody that I ever got into a street fight with that I can think of that like I've run into a bunch of them. Even the kids that we grew up and got into like multiple fights over the years. Like bro, we all cool now. Like we were just kids doing kid shit. It's crazy. Bro, I remember like the like I said, we've been in Vegas for a long time. I I remember that old. Punky Brad.

Yeah. But it's funny. Like, like Zoe. When, when, When we first met, she was like, Oh yeah, we could have never been together back then, 'cause she was like you. It was way too fucking loud, fucking obnoxious. All attention had to be on you. I was like. That's always part of the story, right though We always have that stage in our lives and we're like that. But like the older you get, you're like, oh man, you know, 'cause I think about it too it.

Was cool though 'cause bro, you see Brad just jumping behind you walk right in the club. Yeah, slippers on with everything. I I just was like that, that was a funny thing is like back then is like depending on how, where and why you met me, you would have a very, very different. Yeah. Description I always had good

yeah, I don't know. I don't even know how we met, but like I felt like it was always a good yeah, I had always a good experience with Brad. Like fuck you like oh, I'm going in like like come in. Yeah, shoot, let's go. Walk right in. I'm going to get an ID not in. Fuck I'm I'm in. Let's go. Fred, you think big body Cisco beats 125 LB UFC flyweight in a fight? Fuck yeah 100%. Only in the first two punches. After that I'm done.

Bro, first of all, I'm a thing 1120 fiver could get to his chin without him being able for gobble. So even if the guy wanted for a dance round or whatever like bro look how big your legs. Even if you want to leg kick you, I'm not going to do nothing to you. That's. Crazy, but why don't you? Gobble fucking. So what's the smallest UC fighter size that could take out big body Cisco in your mind? The smallest that could take them all. Yeah, but. They all could probably Take Me Out. Shit.

Maybe like on Nah I get some fucking big boys that fight at like 45 and shit but still like bro he's a big fucking dude. Hey I don't want to test the logic guys, I'm friends. With listen guys, stop, he talks about before he come on. And it's kind of like that conversation with like, Mighty Mouse and. And what is that lifter? His name? Brad. Brad Martin. Brad Martin. Yeah. Brad Martin. He's a big dude too. Right. Yeah, him big dude. Him big dude.

When him and all fucking Paul supposedly fought. They didn't, right? Pussies. They might have wrestled. I don't know what they did. I was like bro, you guys fought like now in single scratch nothing. Yeah, you guys barely, you guys barely sweating fought. OK, so. In that situation, who do you think wins that fight? Demetrius Johnson versus Bradley Martin. Oh fuck I don't know bro. Demetrious Johnson is fucking world fucking class though. Like champion.

So Demetrious Johnson, a big body, Cisco don't. Put me in his mother. DJDJ and Cisco, that might be a little bit that the odds might be a little bit more favorable. On Cisco No. See No. No for for for DJ. Just to clear the record, I was never like a full on fighter. I got two or three punches in me. If those in the connect, we was out of there. Because this guy's trying to bring up like a championship world class female fighter. Versus oh bro, are we not doing? Everyday Male.

That's why I said don't even talk about that. This is like when they had the conversation of Ronda Rousey versus fucking Floyd. If if Ronda Rousey grab Floyd, OK, a little bit different because she she she is bigger. She fucking she good on the ground. She know jujitsu Floyd doesn't. But when there's talking about boxing, I was like, sister, there's no guy angle. I know, I know two small and Italian girls that'll take Ronda

Rousey out. Exactly bro they they was talking about them boxing or something and I was like are you fucking serious? And then she got finished by. Like like bro this is one of the best boxers ever. She got, she fought. What's What is the Brazilian girl? Oh, Amanda. OK, what about what about Amanda Nunez versus like a regular guy on the street? Fuck I think Amanda could fuck up some dudes bro. Amanda will like she's, oh, she's got to connect. She, she's on. She she can crack by. She'll.

Be fighting for my love if she ever tried to fight. Raleigh versus Amanda Nunez. She wins. She's on. Not Raleigh. Raley and give her butterfly kisses on her neck. He would let her win if. He was going to reverse him and. Take. It down if it's if it's on average guy with like 0 knowledge or whatever then yeah should twist them up. But if you just took one male that like even like amateur level that had some training and there was maybe same size. What if there's no training and

he just lifts weights? And how, how big? How, how, how big? How big is he? How big is he? How big is the guy I told you? 57. 57 like 2. 15. Hold up. Five. Seven where? 57215 yeah some big fucking dudes I. Say maybe like 400 bench, like 350 in that range. I take it Nunez. You take it, Nunez. I take it Nunez, That's what I say too. Nunez is a beast. I think, I think, I think. Nunez is a beast. You're talking Rd. class, that's why over here. Yeah, it's.

A girl. But I tell you right now and I'm on fucking female on this planet that could beat me on a fucking on the. Planet. OK, who they are all? Right. What if it's like Amanda Nunes plus Ronda Rousey plus Holly Holm? Like how many girls does it take to beat Brad up? More than that. Yeah, well, even right, even they have the big debate right, Clarissa, she always wants to fight. She fuck who's she on? She's trying to the the boxer. Yeah, somebody. She's the boxer.

Yeah, but she wanted to fight another. I was like bro how? About the girls from Pune and I was like. They would Marburg or him she had. No hair, no weed left. Is, is bro, like it's crazy because Hawaii is like a totally different place, right? Because what is Chris Weidman, right? Isn't his wife from wine? I yeah, and he's a bro. I don't like going over there. He's like. Bro in the. Interview. They did an interview, he said. I don't like going there. My wife's from there.

I don't like going there. The guys there are crazy. When when me and him fought we hung out on a bunch afterwards and we just was talking stories. I fucking get some funny stories about Hawaii, like one of his tattoos. He he was like, Oh yeah, I got them fucking bro. I think he got them at what is the fucking harbor in Waianae. What the? Waianae Harbor. Is it that's that what it's called? Yeah. Fuck he I guess they was hanging

all over there. And then he can go like fucking smoke weed with some bratos over there and came back with them. Tattoo, brah. Serious. And he he like showed a wife. Like what? I got this tattoo and who fucking knows what they put on him. Yeah, he he has it like he has it tattooed over now it's covered. But he was explaining to me and he was.

Telling me how he. Was yeah, he was telling me about fucking like, Oh yeah, I went down there and you know, and hang out with you and she told me about how these guys was. But I made friends with him and we we just smoking weed. But I I don't even I'm not even sure if he really smoked weed, but he just was like fucking didn't forget along with him. One time, one time I was at one party on Laura sorry, smoke weed and I was the latest with PCP. Jesus Christ. Oh bro I was high like one week

bro high What seeing shit? Hearing. Role worst experience of my life bro I really like I went sober for like a year after that when I when it financed. Stay away from PCP, yeah. Go to PCP. No, like legit like I was. I thought I was going to be retarded forever. What is PCP? Fucks like a tranquilizer, right? I don't. Know how? Shit. I got, I got. I had to go to the fucking hospital and everything. I was fucking losing my mind. Is that the same as like the

synthetic weed? You keep looking at me and Brad like we just some druggies over here. I have no clue. No, but let's. Smoke weed bro. Last day like I lost track of time. Fuck I lost track of what was going on. Days and everything bro, like it was like a week. They said it. Was wild but it was a random. I smoked with this random guy at his fucking party in North Shore. Fuck Riley needs his own reality show Kelly. Kind of back in the day that would have been lit with the

farmers market. You guys definitely done that. Reality show that would have been did. You guys have in talks with like? Yeah, we did. What Fuck that would have been. Would have been all bad, all bad, all bad. They would have seen shit you don't like. Yeah, exactly. The DM was down in the DM. Before we get out of here, Brad, next time we're back in action. I'm pretty healthy. I never really take any damage, which is, you know, a great thing. God bless. So I I probably maybe

summertime, summertime. International Fight Week, Something like that, yeah. Yeah, I think I've seen that as like June 28th or so. So that'd be that'd be cool. The kind was was over here earlier in the day, Tizzles, tizzles. He's going to the fights. And then I was like, he's like, oh, Brad said he like go out after and I was. Like, oh, the day of the fight. Yeah, And I was just like, how does he not know? Like something's going to happen in the fight, you know what I

mean? Like, I know you're not going to take damage, but. No, so by the the yeah, so back to that. What was talking about the the collie buds thing, right. So Zoe, she like collie buds, whatever and she probably like like 2 songs too, but she's like you gotta go blah blah blah. So there's talking about them

like oh we can get on lien. So she actually ordered a liens, but I don't know if you remember back in the day when you ordered a lien, you get X amount of yeah, wristbands come with you and you get on food and beverage credit. Yeah. Bro no, no more. No, yeah, no, I don't know, bro. Now the lane. I think I think we can grab 2 lanes was 800 bucks just for the two lanes because. Per person. You have to buy, you have to buy tickets to yet for everybody at

the lane. So I think they only allow per Table 6. So if we had 12 guys, we still have to buy 12 tickets. And then on top of that you still got to buy food and beverage. So I was like, I was like, bro for Collie Buzz. I was like, fuck that. Oh no, they're trying to recoup their money they they lost during the the pandemic. So they're like, oh, we, we charging everybody.

I just always think about the guys that, oh, I got my after party over here and they go into the fire and they get fucking bossed. Yeah. Are they you? Know what they already signed? No, the old cash is received. They got to show us. So that's that's they was kind of talking about that and me, I, I had to kind of like, yeah, we'll see if I, if I uninjured or whatever, I'll I'll go, you know what I mean?

Just just for be around like, and especially a bunch of my boys came up to for the fight and they actually went to the apex. So I was like, yeah, like I'll like hang around them, be around them, whatever. So that that was kind of what it was. It was more so just up in area, like, yeah, let's do something.

We don't know what. But granted, yeah, if I'd broke like knock on wood, broke my fucking foot or something, which I've done before in a fight, would have been like, Yep, I'm pottying right at my house on my college that. Was just a thought that I wouldn't tell us telling back because he's all excited. Oh, we're going to do this and this and I was. Like, oh, before the fight. Yeah, I was like, oh, he's like a couple hours before. They stopped here. They stopped here and he went

home, got ready, then he went. To the apex, yeah, No, but so, so we went, we went. We went right from Apex. I think him and so he was with Buster and my mom thing go grab, I think Chick-fil-A or something for grab food for everybody at the house. And then by the time I'm finished all my media obligations, whatever, which wasn't too much. We ended up getting to the house right at the same time. And then so we was like, OK,

like what time is college? Like we got home, I don't know, maybe like 8 something and Collie buzz is like 9:00. So he's like, oh, hurry up, get ready. Right. He I was like, why you brought your stuff? He's like he's like, no, just let me get him plain black shirt. I was like, OK, I got you gave him one plain black teeth. He's guys coming up at the end of the night anyway, so yeah. Right, right. The mayor. The mayor of. Las Vegas, Yeah, the mayor.

Still the best meet junior in Vegas though, remember that. 100% I. Need deliver? Yeah. Yeah. And then yeah, so we we went out fucking collie buzz for a little bit. Couple songs, Tiare and Tim guys was already there. So we'd grab them and we'd head to OTR and then we'd finish out the night over there. I like On the record, isn't that's your spot? Yeah, it's Tyson spot, that's why.

But it's true. And they play good music because if you go to any other bigger clubs, it's usually like house music, EDM. Yeah, especially on the strip. Unless you win dries. Yeah. Yeah, Drays and On the Record probably have listen to Kendrick. Yeah, Nah. And they and they start playing the Kendrick, like play some Drake, just just the Super Bowl and like. I. Was like play some Drake that'll go a little bit harder in the club. Are you guys, are you guys going to Chris Brown?

Is he the price of the tickets? Yep, I'm going to. Fuck. So. You're going to Chris Brown. Yeah, my my wife. My wife is a big fan so. Are you guys doing the the meet and greet and everything too? Fuck, I couldn't give. A fuck about. Me as Chris Brown pick. Yeah, right. Bro yeah. What? Was funny though is the last lovers and friends they were her and Tyson was all hype for fucking breezy. Yeah, I mean what I did I was like yeah, you guys go listen bro and go fucking sit down.

I wasn't even watching like. But he's a he's a performer. Yeah, he is. He's. The MJ of this generation. He he gave, he's gonna probably bring up who's a better entertainer, Chris Brown or Michael Jackson. Oh, I think we had this question already, huh? That's. Hard though, who would you pick? I picked Michael Jackson. Yeah, Michael. Jackson, I'm going NJ all day. Above, Chris Brown. Yeah. Chris Brown's a better dancer. Whoa, whoa. Way better. Singer bro.

He's a he's a better dancer. He's a Michael Vietor. Way better. Yeah, well, he. Took all the Michael Jackson's moves. That made him better. No, but. He wouldn't hurt him, right? Better. No. But Michael Jackson was an innovator, bro. He was. He was doing it before he was being done. I. Didn't ask who was a more innovative entertainer. You got. Three guys against you. I love Chris Brown, but Michael Jackson? One-on-one. I never seen. I never seen Chris Brown do the.

Bro, So what? Wait, wait, wait. So let me ask you this because I I don't feel it. I know you're going to say MJ or LeBron. LeBron all day. Oh, that's. So good. So easy. No LeBron guy too. LeBron. Oh my Jordan, LeBron doesn't survive in the era that Michael Jordan plays. Michael. Jordan is 195 lbs. LeBron was playing at the Heat at 270. He. Was what's the whole? Vertical and honestly, I just think the NBA as a whole has so much more talent.

Like how you say the UFC, the guys are coming up like not just jiu jitsu, not just wrestling. They're like coming as a evolved athlete. Like now the NBA players, I feel like all of them got handles. All of them are big. Well, yeah, the centers could be guards at this point, you know what I mean? You look at Kevin Durant and all that, but. Yokich is just doing stuff, yeah. Unheard of. I just, I just, I just look at it as like the games evolved too. Bro, the Nuggets fired their

coach. That's crazy. That's fired. Isn't there like only three games left 4? Games like. At the end of the season, fucking. That's crazy. So he did something. I mean, the play, yeah. Well, he did. He came out against the players saying like they're they don't watch film. Yeah, we need to show them the mistakes. They. Made Once you lose the locker room, you're done, yeah. But still with four games left in the playoffs. Yeah, that's crazy. Fifth seed I think right now.

Yeah, they're still in it. Yeah. And how they're going to just be with a new coach now, it has to be one of the assistant coaches that's taking over, but that's crazy. Yeah, especially with the playoffs right there before we get out at Cisco. We got any plugs? Oh man, Hola. Hola's coming up. bigbodycisco.com. We got the The Shack Barbershop coming. I ain't hard to find on social media. You'll probably see me here again. I'm still friends. Neighbors Point Plaza.

Yep. Neighbor. Neighbor. What about you? Raleigh The. Blvd. Boy we. Got this. Sunday we got cars and coffee, good motoring. The last one we had like over 120 cars turned out so be a good one. Kind of. I'm trying to plan all the car meats and truck meats and stuff here, here. Yeah. Was it cars and coffee? Yeah, it was a Cars and Coffee because my friend opened the coffee shop. Yeah, but we call it good motoring.

Good motoring. And it's like from 8:00 in the morning to 11. So it's short. Everybody comes, hangs out, checks out the cars. There's a lot of exotics on the. I was pretty surprised because there's a lot of exotic cars. The last one. That's what's dope about this Plaza, like going for we're going to do a lot of stuff like car meets and you know, might see a festival now and I'm not going to speak too soon, but

stay tuned. I definitely want to do another truck window but it's just hard to find like somewhere to end it, you know? End them right here. Unless we end it here, you know what I mean? Like a loop or something. Yeah, yeah. When when Brad presses his horn. That scares her down to the down to a strap because this is the the end there pretty much down to strap, come back loop and come right back end there there, that's that. 'D be dope on the strip too.

Yeah, that'd be sick. It's. Always good though, when you see, you know, when you see everybody from home. Yeah, yeah. We're just seeing the whole, I mean, just the whole way people together as a one movement. Everybody good vibes. The only thing is hard for getting for leave bro, because they get their tents out, the tents is out, the tables is out, chairs is out, coolers is out. So it's like, OK, like good times, guys, but. Time to go. That's how you just have Brad just hit his horn.

Yeah, no way. You just you just get, you just get a couple of metro guys. Yeah, they're like OK guys, you guys got to got to clear out, got to clear out. I used. To call the cops on my own party. Yeah, water. Sometimes I. Used to have no where I was parties at and for farmers. Brad used to fuck up Brad. It's going on too long. Call the cops. Call the cops on my own party. That's the way to end it, yeah, just. For me to check out tacos policy in Henderson, we got great Mexican food.

We do catering as well. I never tried anymore. See him on the next. One I'll see you guys the next time we're. Still friends. We're still friends. We're still friends. We're still. Friends.
