Exploring new diagnostics at a local and international level with Barbara Van der Pol

Barbara Van der Pol (known as Bobbie) is President of the International Society for STD Research, and former President of the American STD Association. She also runs a lab in Alabama as a diagnostician evaluating new STI test methods at a community level. She explained to Nick how she’s working both locally and internationally to understand the potential of new diagnostic tests and foster global collaboration to help engage a younger generation of service users.
