Joan Gnat (Joan Moore) is a former 1972 U.S. Women's Artistic Gymnastics Olympic Team Competitor. Ray Gnat is a former LSU Competitor & All-American Athlete. Not only do both of them have a very long list of accomplishments and accolades in the gymnastics world but their daughters Jeana Rice & Ashleigh Gnat have had incredibly successful collegiate gymnastics careers as well.
Together Ray & Joan own and operate ACE Gymnastics in Longwood Florida. In this episode Coach Ken Harris takes listeners through their gymnastics journey. This is one episode you won't want to miss!
