We live in a society where world leaders underestimate how rapid, serious and permanent ecological breakdown will be if humanity fails to mobilize climate action in the short and long term. The Earth system has reached its tipping points at a breath-taking speed. Decades of awareness-raising and initiatives to engage the public has displayed that climate change doesn’t communicate itself. Growing scientific evidence suggests that there are challenges to how we communicate climate change to various audiences and stakeholders.
