Hello and welcome to the StephUp Podcast! Thanks for listening to the pod!
I just wanted to say a few words about what doing this podcast has meant to me. As someone who never felt worthy of being a person most of my life, I finally feel like I have a voice! I came upon this affirmation last year and it really struck a chord with me:
"I have a voice and that voice matters."
And if I can use my voice to help and encourage someone else and make them feel less alone in what they are going through, that is what matters to me. Know that you have a voice. We all have a voice and it matters in this world.
