This one’s a difficult one, just thinking about (in a stream of consciousness way), some of the pitfalls of my current life situation. But sprinkled in are some happy moments, and hopeful for some of the steps I’m taking to make it better.

On today’s episode, I decided to record some thoughts and feelings on my way to pick up dinner at red Robin. Did a recap of our Saturday as a family. Then talked about working out, exercising and coming up with a plan. Finally, I detail my current friendships with former coworkers.
The title says it all. I recap the recent four day weekend that included my family visiting, daughter’s birthday party and flying drones in Mukilteo, WA. Then I give my opinion on the whole Tony Hinchcliffe racist comedy incident.
So today my daughter turns 3-years-old, and I wanted to document how I feel about that... plus everything else that’s been going on. Will I finally come back to this podcast on a regular basis?
I try not to get too political on this episode, but talk a little bit about everything that’s going on and how it relates to my life.
