🤟This special Father's Day weekend, we kick off a 3-part series featuring the man who shaped me—my dad. At nearly 80 years old, he's closing in on 180,000 outdoor miles on his bike, still riding 3 hours a day, and still loving Jesus through it all.

🗣️ “This is the first thing I ever did consistently in my life—and I never looked back.”

💥 From a borrowed bike in his 40s to grinding 40-mile rides at 79, his story is about consistency, resilience, and faith.

📸 The 1994 photo on my wall? That’s not me—it’s him. 200 miles in one day. No headlight. Just grit.

🚑 Bike spills, broken ribs, fractured pelvis, even being hit by a car—he’s been through it all… and kept pedaling.

🗣️ “It wasn’t skill—it was my guardian angel.”

💚 But beyond the mileage, it’s what I saw every day that changed me:

✅ My dad never missed a game.
✅ He played catch in the yard.
✅ He read his Bible every single morning.
✅ And he taught me the Pat Pat Squeeze Squeeze—I now pass on to my girls.
