Regulating Crypto (with SEC Chair Gary Gensler)

Preet’s conversation with Gensler, which took place on Monday, September 27th, before a live audience at the Code Conference in Los Angeles, covers the hotly debated issues around regulating cryptocurrencies, the future of SPACs, and SEC initiatives to combat the climate crisis.
