Ray Johnston's story typically starts with a pivotal moment in 2004. While playing point guard for the Dallas Mavericks, he was diagnosed with leukemia and endured a two and a half month-long medically-induced coma. Since then, Ray has persevered by reigniting his passion for music, building a solid foundation based on melodies and lyrics that always seem to lean on the positive side of life.
