In our world one can find themselves being a fan of almost anything.

The internet has increased the collective fanaticism that exists for thousands of interests, and it shows absolutely no signs of stopping.

My goal is to explore this well of obsessions, both common and uncommon, and to understand just what it is that makes someone a fan.  We’ll often be joined by guests from their respective fanbases, and occasionally even experts of sorts.
