No only does @PanzerLegal bring his own microphone (making @tjlytle a bit jealous), but he brings along a recent patent example. After dissecting the Amazon example a bit, the conversation moves to contrasting patents with trade secrets, their value, and the recent change in law from 'invent first' to 'file first'. The usually quite @tjlytle chimes in with a few odd scenarios, but in the end @anthonydurante brings things back on tack, and gets @PanzerLegal to give the top three intellectual property tips for entrepreneurs.
