The prophet Habakkuk was upset with God because everywhere people were getting away with all kinds of evil. There was no justice throughout the land. Good people were being attacked and evil people were getting off without justice being done. It appeared that God was not hearing the prayers of his people and Habakkuk wanted some answers.
