Aaron is currently the Managing Director for the Family Office of Jeremy and Kristin Andrus.  He is a Co-Founder and Partner in Swell Capital (a venture capital investment vehicle), as well as Swell Collective (a family office focused, growth equity fund).
Aaron has been a venture capital and private equity investor for the past 15 years in the intermountain region.  He spent 8 years with Mercato Partners and worked with incredible entrepreneurs at companies such as: Skullcandy, Stance, Goalzero, Mediconnect, Cradlepoint, Domo, Control4, and Steelhouse.
Aaron has invested in over 100 companies, across more than 200 transactions, in venture capital, growth equity, buyout, and real estate.
He began his career in Southern California as a strategy and operations consultant with Ernst & Young (Cap Gemini).  He also worked in Corporate Finance and M&A at Quiksilver, a publicly-traded company in the action sports industry, based in Huntington Beach.
Aaron completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah, and his graduate degree in Finance at Pepperdine University.
He currently lives in Draper Utah with his wife (Colleen), and his two sons, Ashton (18) and Dallin (5).
