Our guest speaker on this episode of StarTechies "My Way to the World of Technology" online talks is Ingrid Sörensen, Project Manager at Afry. Ingrid discusses the defence Force, project Management, testing, verifying, and her top tips for teenagers thinking about a tech-related career.
Ingrid undertook the society/media program at Riddarfjärdens Gymnasium from 2006-2009. She studied a bachelor program Information and communications technology at KTH, before switching to IT engineering program where she studied for a bachelor and masters program.Ingrid now works as a project manager for a development project concerning defence equipment (radio and communications). Before this, she worked as a tester and verifier on the same project.
This episode is a live recording for Inicio's "StarTechies- My Way to the World of Technology" online talk series. "My Way to the World of Technology" is designed to highlight the multitude of career options available in the field of technology. Designed for teenagers, the program helps them also map out potential study options at high school and university level.
