Quick Win - How ADAPTABLE are YOU?

Adaptability is a key trait of great leaders.  Leaders who are willing to notice pressures and change with their business are most likely to succeed.  Now don't get me wrong, don't start chasing every squirrel that runs past your business.   But, DO understand that noticing pressures and trends that you must adapt to and around is imperative to continue a humble growth in your business.
