About the hosts: Kim is an entrepreneur, leader, speaker and advocate in the skateboarding community with over a decade of experience creating brands, organizations and events that inspire, connect and empower girls and womxn, including MAHFIA.TV, Women’s Skateboarding Alliance (WSA), Quit Your Day Job, The Skate Exchange and CA State Bill Equal Pay for Equal Play (AB 467). Ashley is a skate rat, youth coach and fitness trainer. She is passionate about creating a healthy, safe and supportive environment to inspire people to skateboard regardless of age, gender, background and ability. Kim & Ash currently co-direct the SF Bay Area Chapter of Skate Like a Girl, a 501c3 whose mission is to create an inclusive community by promoting confidence, leadership and social justice through skateboarding.
