In this week's episode of SpudChat, we talk with Dr. Claudia Goyer, plant pathologist with Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada in Fredericton, NB about common scab, the old nemesis of potato farmers everywhere.  We talk about how common scab happens and some of the reasons why it is such a challenge to control.  We also talk about Claudia's research as part of the national Potato Cluster research project on common scab, including some promising new results using a conventional product.
