In 1984, 17-year-old Ricky Kasso murdered his friend, Gary Lauwers under the influence of LSD and PCP. This murder contributed widely to the "Satanic Panic" and led many people to believe heavy metal music was brainwashing the youth of America. Kait dissects Ricky's past, shares the story of the murder, and even takes a deep dive into the Satanic Panic and what it meant for the 1980's and other crimes during this time period.
