Episode description
In 1884, Sarah Winchester started renovating her home in San Jose, CA and she didn't stop until her death in 1922. It's said that spirits told her to build a house until the day she died, so she equipped it with stairways that lead nowhere, doorways that lead to walls and other oddities that would make any designer go WTF?! in the hopes of throwing off these spirits. In this week's episode, Kait and Harrison tell the story of Sarah's life and what lead up to this point, as well as where the house stands today and the other strange design choices that went into the Winchester Mystery House.
