What contrast is teaching me

Hi everyone,Happy Happy wednesday!! :)Today, we are here to talk about Contrast. I think whenever we go through life, we go through things we don't like sometimes. Those are things that serves us as growth, yet, we aren't always happy and receptive to them. The book of Dr. Wayne Dyre, showed me what contrast can do. To be able to distinguish what you don't want from what you want, is also a blessing. So many times in our lives, we don't see the contrast as some blessings.
