Max just celebrated one year, his sobriety date is 11/11/22.
I've known Max through a mutual friend which is discussed in the episode, and I've been more attuned to his story than he probably realizes, attraction rather than promotion is one of the vehicles that brought Max to 12 Step Recovery.
