Staying on this trend of having free form discussions. Just knocking around these recovery concepts via dialogue with like minded souls - Travis (Episode 174) and I talk about the fellowship of the spirit, the support found when you truly participate in the fellowship.

I feel like the podcast is losing steam, maybe I'm losing steam, I might be moping after losing an entire recording with Alex, and it was a great discussion, pissing me off.

I could sit and talk recovery with Travis for hours regardless if it was being recorded, and I the "action" revitalizes my spirit.
