Christopher and I talk about the darkness that surrounds us all, particularly during the holiday season where it is frankly not allowed. You are supposed to show up holly jolly, no matter what. I'm fortunate that my sponsor gives me permission to speak freely about my darker side, and the result is exorcizing it by sharing it out loud.
On this wonderful evening, we lit candles, turned a lovely fire on the big screen TV, and kicked around some of these darkness concepts.
