Kieran Hedley (aka Coach Kezza) is a very proud Kiwi New Zealander, who is an anxiety and meditation coach. In his just 25 years, He has turned his experience of overcoming anxiety, depression, suicidal ideations and panic attacks into a platform thats provide the practical tools to help his clients improve their own mental health without feeling pathologized. Some of the tools he discusses are; breathwork, gratitude meditation, how to form new neuropathways to supersede negative thought patterns and encouragement to actually feeling your feelings to get real with the depth of what is going on inside. Kieran is working hard to break down stereotypical walls of toxic masculine taboos that restrict and prevent men access to their ability to heal themselves.
